I would highly recommend Miracle Method for any refinishing work. The results exceeded my expectations! The shower basin now looks like new and it completely transformed the look of the tile for the better. The technicians were very professional, prompt, and skilled at their work. We have lived with the refinished shower now for approx. 6 months and the surface is very durable and easy to care for.

GREAT! A little pricey but not honestly not so much because of Miracle Method’s pricing - we had tried to do this ourselves and they had to take off our mess first (which was additional $) then glaze then add texture to bottom. I’ll have them do more stuff in our house! They were great and the tub looks brand new. Very pleased.

Our finisher, Derrick, was professional, friendly, prompt, and detailed oriented right through clean up. The bottom of our "new" tub got a non-skid finish and the tiles were sprayed with a stone finish, high gloss glaze. Love the results! Smell wasn't pleasant but we kept the bathroom door closed, fan on, and a bowl of vinegar in the room. We would definitely recommend Miracle Method.

The whole process went very smoothly and our guy was over the top on every aspect of the job. Couldn’t of ask for a better person to have in our home or better company to do the job! Thank you so much, Miracle Method but most of all, Derick!!

The technician came out as scheduled, applied the compound and completed the job on time. She came back the next day to remove the tape around the sink. She had splattered the compound on our refrigerator, stove and walls. When she removed the tape, she pulled the paint off the wall. I called the office and they said when I signed the contract, it states that this could happen. I realize when you put the tape on, paint could come off, but I had just repainted our house inside and she pulled off an inch of paint in places all the way around. When I used Miracle Method before, there were two guys that did my daughters counter tops and they did not make a mess or ruin her paint, "just saying".

Doug was personable and did great work, explaining the process along the way. This was so much better than ripping out the tub and tile. I went with the natural stone finish on the tile, which was more expensive than the plain finish, but well worth the money. This is a great company and I highly recommend them.

Doug, the gentleman that did the work for us, was very pleasant & so happy to please. He went over & above to be sure that everything was done perfectly. When we would ask or mention something, he was quick to make it perfect or the way that he knew would make it the best possible. He came an extra day to also be sure that the spots mentioned were fixed to perfection. He was great to work with & always happy & pleasant & quick to be sure we were happy with the work that he performed. He was exceptional!!

We had a minor accident where a glass votive had fallen from a shelf and onto the bathtub in our guest bathroom, which caused a 1" diameter chip that was black in our white bathtub. Prior to this we had been discussing replacing the shower door in our master bathroom. While researching solutions to the chip in our bathtub, I came upon Miracle Method and discovered that they could handle both of those projects. We called to get an estimate for those projects and Justin came out to provide those. From there we added refinishing the shower and vanity in the master bathroom. We went out to their showroom to determine color selection and were able to take home some samples to help us in that decision. While we were there, we finalized our contract and were able to schedule some dates within three weeks to get this work done. The shower door was supplied by a subcontractor, who came out in a timely fashion to take measurements. Communication prior to our appointment was outstanding as we were kept informed about our start date as well as the preparation steps we needed to take as well as what we were to expect as the project progressed. While our primary technician was delayed in his arrival on the first day, another team member showed up to get our project underway. I appreciate the fact that they did not rush through this work and took their time to do a quality job. However, they did stay on schedule, and get the refinishing of the vanity and shower as well as the bathtub repair, all finished in the two day timeframe that they allowed for this. The repair of the bathtub went extremely well as they did an excellent job of color matching their paint to the tub surface - it is impossible to tell that the surface was ever damaged! On the third day, the shower door installers came out to do their job and did a great job as well and were also very prompt in their arrival. All of the technicians were very respectful of our property and did a very good job of cleaning up their work area after this was completed. The only negative about this process is, because this process basically involves painting existing surfaces, there is a strong solvent odor that lingers for a few days afterwards. The agreement that is signed with them does state that this does occur, so we were adequately forewarned about this. Overall, I would highly recommend Miracle Method to anyone who wants to get a bathroom remodeling done at a very reasonable cost.

I love my “new” bathtub! It looks brand new and has a five year warranty. It has a nonslip section that you can’t see but makes you feel secure without being obnoxious. The serviceman was very polite and professional. I learned a lot from him! I am very happy with the job.

Douglas came out and was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked to get the color right and the job done well. The tub looks great again. I have instructed the new cleaning service to use a gentle cleaner and nylon sponge on the tub. The company will give you suggestions for which cleaners to use. I use 409. Using a Clorox spray is what caused some damage. The tub looks great. Has a textured bottom so I never have to use a rubber mat. The company has been great-Initially when they did the tub, and then afterword with customer support and touch up. They have always been friendly, efficient, and made me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend their work as well as the way that they do business.
