Miracle Method of Columbus

Miracle Method was sent to us by our swim spa vendor to handle a fairly noticable cosmetic defect in the acrylic. The repair is generally undetectable. Very good work.

Miracle Method did an excellent job. They did their best to vent the fumes to the outside and completely cleaned up their mess and protected the areas around the tub. The finish looks great.

The initial experience was bad. The technician that came out was very processional and courteous but did a bad job. The finish started to peel before we left the home and the man who did the work was vocal about having difficulty. His supervisor did come out and redo it and the final product looks great. It just took a bit longer than it was supposed.

The estimator arrived and explained our options and the pros/cons of each. We thought the price was reasonable so we told him we wanted to have them go ahead and do the work. He was able to get the repairman to our house that very afternoon. The man was very conscientious and did a wonderful job on the repair. Matched the color of our tub perfectly.

They were able to schedule the work the week after I called. It is a two day process, and expect not to be able to use the tub until the day after the work is completed. The technician was on time. Everything was properly taped off. The result looks great. Be aware that if you have tile done, it will be the color of the finish chosen! I did not ask, and assumed they used a clear finish on the tile! My tile is now all white! Although bit shocked at first, I'm glad I had it done. I had hairline cracks develop around the drain which they promptly repaired. There are very strong vapors produced even though they vent out a window, and the smell will linger for several days.

They showed up for work on time each of the 3 days it took to refinish the tub. They were professional, polite, and organized. I did have the bathtub ready, even turned over upside down, per their request, to work on the outside of the tub on the first day. They returned on day 2 with 2 men to turn the tub over. A different worker stayed and worked on the inside of the tub. On the third day, this second person came back, applied the non-slip surface, polished and buffed the tub. When he finished, he gave me complete instructions on how to take care of this newly refinished tub. The tub is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny to have it refinished. I highly recommend this company if you have a fixture that you want to keep.

When we went to their showroom we immediately realized we were talking to someone who knew what they were doing. The work went very smoothly. Scott always called to let us know that he was on his way and then showed up at that time. He was always very polite and friendly while working. Even our dog liked him which is unusual with strangers who come in the house. I was happy that he redid the color because it didn't quite match the toilet. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

They came out for the estimate and the quote was so outrageous I almost felt they just didn't want to work with me. The bid was 4x that of other company's. The quote for removing the old glazing and applying new was $1475. For that kind of price I could just get a new tub. I would never contact this company for any type of work again.

They arrived when scheduled, completed the work as specificied, re-did some details to my satisfaction and cleaned up the work area. There was even no problem with changing the original work order to include an upgrade. I am pleased with the work and plan to have Miracle Method return to my home to re-finish the kitchen countertops.

I was able to get an estimate the day after initial call. Called and scheduled work the following week. The tub refinish is a two day process but worth it. The tub looks brand new.

We went to the Miracle Method show room where we were shown samples of their work, given an explanation of the process, and provided color samples to bring home. As folks in our 70's we are often uneasy about having workman/strangers inside our home but Scott,Doug and Bob of Miracle Method were a delight from the first moments we met them. We so appreciated there punctuality both days. too! They introduced themselves and got right to work. Scott on our kitchen counter and Doug and Bob upstairs on our tub and tile. They did a beautiful job on both and we are really pleased with the results, already telling friends and family about it. We appreciated their friendliness and willingness to answer any and all questions we had during those two days and we did have numerous questions through out the whole process. Scott explained everything to us so graciously and thoroughly. We were concerned about damage to our wall paper during the process but Scott did all he could to protect it and we had no damage at all! They cleaned up their work areas well. About a week later we had some more questions about our kitchen counter and Scott came back out and again answered our questions in a thorough and friendly manner. Miracle Method' prices were well worth their product. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience and the results.

After contacting the company, I was provided a quote the very next day! The job was performed the following day. They were punctual, kind, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. While this process has an unavoidable odor, every precaution was taken to remove it and the toxins outdoors. I would compare the smell to having your nails done. Ventilation is the key. It took a week, and the smell is same as gone. I am VERY happy we had this done. My bathtub is like new again!

Cosmetically, my bathtub was in pretty bad shape. On the first day, the employee removed any dirt, grout, caulk and glue from the tub. He smoothed out the surface and repainted the tub. One the second day, the employee put a textured bottom in the tub, smoothed out any rough patches and buffed the tub. The bathtub looks 200% better. Looks almost like a brand new tub. Both employees were very professional. They did not hesitate to ask me questions or bring to my attention concerns about the tub. The also did an excellent job in cleaning up after themselves.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They came out and gave me an estimate, and the price was fair. The guy that came out actually did two trips to do the work. He did the basic work on the first day and allowed it to dry, and finished up the next day. There was no mess or fuss, and he cleaned up after himself. It was a good job and the work looks great.

This was an excellent experience. The technicians provided a very high quality of service with a very high level of professionalism. The bathtub looks like it is new, and the safety is significantly improved with the installation of grab bars.

He was here all day the first day. He did a lot of surface prep. At the end of the day he sprayed the chemical over everything. That was really smelly. If you have a breathing problem you should not stay overnight in your house. We opened up windows and turned on the fans. We did OK. He came the next day for a few hours to remove tape, put in trim, clean up. The tub and surround look like new. We had Bath Fitter in for an estimate in April, and they wanted more than $5,000! (He also came in with a big sales kit and pitch that took up too much of my evening.) That was too much because we are getting ready to sell our house. I would not get this work done on a really hot and humid day because you must open the windows--unless you want to go to a hotel.

Went just as estimated. Did the job promptly, arrived on time, and left things spotless when they completed the job.

Excellent. They came to view the job, supplied an estimate & scheduled the repair. They returned when promised, performed the repair, cleaned up & left after 3 hours.

We placed a call for an estimate for our bath refinish and the estimate was scheduled within a few days. The estimate was quick and the employee doing the estimate was very punctual and polite. We scheduled the refinish about a week ahead of time. The employee that came to do the refinish was very honest and told us that due to the condition of the tub the refinish would not be "perfect" but that it would be much smoother and easier to clean. The two day process of the refinish was stinky(no way of avoiding the fumes completely, even with great care taken to vent them)but overall not too bad. The tub turned out just as expected. It doesn't look like brand new, but it is sooooooo much better and we are so pleased with it. The employee that did the work took great care to explain to us how to clean the tub, which cleaners and sponges to use and which ones to avoid. I would highly recommend this company.

The company answered the phone the first time, scheduled a visit, showed up when they said they would, and charged what they promised. The representative was polite, easy to talk with, and answered my questions. Clean up was good. The bathtub looks great.

Good overall experience. The guy that worked here was nice and didn't dawdle around. The work took two half days and the end result was nice. He reviewed all the care and maintenance with me and even gave me a little bit of the enamel paint to keep in case we accidentally chipped the finish. We were surprised that it costs as much as it does, but that seems to be the going rate in the industry.
