Mr. Sayles was friendly and professional. He recommended refinishing the shower bottom rather than removing it. He answered my questions about the materials and chemicals used in the process. He quoted me a price of $595. I told him I'd think about it. The next day, a different company which was recommended by my handyman came out and told me that the refinishing wasn't necessary, but that if I did want to do it, they would charge substantially less than Miracle Method.

Went really well. We were not living at the home yet so we did not have to really deal with the fumes from the process. They were extremely professional. The worker was the one who noticed that we didn't request to paint the windowsill and brought it to our attention. We are glad that he noticed so that we would get it painted too. We are pleased with the result. Our worker took his time and made it look great.

They are awesome. I went to their showroom, picked out the color and finish I wanted. The girl in the office told me in detail about the process, what would look good, how to care for it etc. Then they came to my daughter's home, gave me an estimate and explained the process. I called them the next day, made an appointment for them to do the work. I was NEVER pressured into anything. When they came to do the work, they covered everything in plastic, hung plastic on all of the doors so the "dust" from the process would not get into the other rooms of the house. They wore mask and told me to be careful not to breathe the dust. I left them alone to do their work. They took their time and did a fantastic job. They came back the next day, cleaned up the area so well, I could not tell they had been there. These people are very professional. They called back two days later to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I wish everyone that I have to deal with were as good as these people are. I have recommended them to everyone and will use them again. The work was done at my daughter's house at 4272 Kelnor Drive, Grove City, Ohio. This was a gift to her.

It turned out just fine. I have absolutely no complaints. They were reasonably priced.

I wasn't sure what to do about a cracked liner in our newly updated bathroom that the previous owners had installed before we bought the house (the company who did the previous work went out of business)... I called a few places and felt Miracle Method were the most honest, practical and on point with cost. They suggested i had the liner removed and our original tub refinished (our house is 80 years old, so the tub is up there in age)... The cost i thought wasn't bad compaired to getting a new liner. I didn't even know there was another tub underneath. The work took about a day and a half, maybe more like 8 hours total, not including drying time. Bob and Brandon were on time both days, polite, super friendly, loved my dog, were clean and overall very hard workers. I can't express how impressed i am with the finished product, it looks so much better than the liner did (before it was cracked) that it makes me wonder why more people do not refinish their original tubs. Its now a beautiful work of art and i cannot wait to take a bath in it!

It went fine, however, the company had to come back about two months later and fix two bullhead corners.

We are so happy we used Miracle Method. We saved the old countertops from landing in a landfill as well as saved some money from not buying brand new. Eco-friendy and beautiful! Highly recommend. P.S. Mary (in the office) and the estimators who came to the house all were great as well.

Tech. arrived on time, while it took him a bit longer than expected, the tech. wanted the match to be as close as absolutely possible. After an hour of so of 'trial and error' he met with success. The repaired site dried over night and when the cleaning crew came the following day they were able to do their normal cleaning-including the entire foyer.

Basically their prices are too high.

We are very satisfied, they did a great job.

Doug was the guy who came and did the work, and he was really pleasant and conscientious. Between the first day's work and the second, our cat left a pawprint on the edge of the tub, and Doug wet sanded it and touched it up to fix it. When the finish on one of the sinks still looked a little uneven, and he could not do anything while the surface was sill wet, he came back early the following day (day 3) to wet sand and airbrush it. He wanted to be sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.

The came out and provdied a firm estimate. Everyone we dealt with at the company were courteous and professional. There was absolutely no pressure of any kind. The explained the options and anwered all questions I had. The shower doors had to be custom made to fit the spaces properly. Workmen carefully measured and the fit was perfect after the installation. They performed all of the services at the times scheduled.

It has been fine so far. There are no cracks. It went very good and looks like new.

The installer was very prompt and very well mannered and was careful with my kitchen. I only wish had checked on coupons prior to paying the bill. (My fault)

We have a 100+ year old claw foot cast iron tub that needed to be redone on the inside. It had chips, pitting, some rust around the drain, stains in the bottom that could not be removed. Miracle Method had to work in conjunction with other service providers who were redoing our bathroom floor. We took the bathrtub out and put it in a room which we had put paper and plastic down to get ready for Miracle Method. The process took 2 days and we were told that the technician would be there between 12-1 PM both days. Erik did come before 1:00 PM on the first day. He also prepped the area covering the faucets and tap completely with tape and by hanging protective sheets on the walls/around the bottom of the tub, which we had painted ourselves. He opened a small window but the epoxy smell was very strong that he used to fill in the chips and other areas that needed to be smoothed out.. It took probably 6 hours for that odor to disapate but it wasn't anything that you couldn't stand. He sanded and smoothed and applied the finish, taking about 3-4 hours. As he was leaving, he said he would be back the next day at 3:00, which was not the time period promised originally. When I mentioned this, Erik said that this was the time on his schedule. I did call their office and explain that we needed him to be done earlier because the floor would be done by 2:00 PM and we would need the tub to be done before then so that the otber contractors could reset it into the bathroom. They accomodated us by sending out another technician to help him on the morning job he was doing so he got here before 2 and was done by 2:50 PM. On this 2nd day, he wet sanded, waxed, and buffed the tub and did detail (clean-up) work on the drain, faucets, and tap. And let me tell you, that tub looks BRAND NEW!!! It is GORGEOUS. He did SUCH a good job, we can't wait to use it. My husband's jaw dropped when he saw it, he was so impressed. Erik gave us written instructions on how to maintain the tub, was friendly and professional. They went out of their way to accomodate our schedules and we would recommend this company to anyone needing tub work done.

The repairs were completed to our satisfaction. The match of color is very good. While we were annoyed that our first appointment for an estimate was a 'no show' , they were quick to reschedule. Overall , we were very satisfied with the work performed

The work went pretty well. I thought that the finish was not quite as smooth as I expected.

They were good and I'd use them again. The job turned out great. They were on time and were well priced. From start to finish everything went smoothly.

The process went very well, but fumes the first day were really bad. I am sensitive to odors, so I recommend that everyone, pets too, vacate until fumes clear. I came home from work that night and odor was nearly gone so I could stay in my home. Process is simple, and technician fully draped my new tile and all the tub fixtures. He was very informative and at the end answered all my questions regarding the care of the tub. Also he was very honest about getting the non slip bottom; I'd rather have honesty and be satisfied than have him sell something I'll be unhappy with in the end. I opted for a smooth finish on the bottom.

MMiracle Method put a new surface onto our tub, which was becoming rusty and scratched in places. The entire process was handled by telephone. Our remodeling contractor gave the MM technician access, so we did not even need to be present. The technician did call to confirm the color before applying it and came back to do touch-up when we noticed a little bit of pitting that had not been fully filled in. So far, the surface has proved to be durable, even though a shower bench is used in the tub. Warning: The surface is slipperier than enamel, so the suction cups on the bathtub mat do not stay put as well; stepping downward feels safe, but sliding one's feet may cause the bathtub mat to move, which is disconcerting.

This is the 2nd time I have used MM. I have had two different cast iron tubs painted and glazed in two separate rental properties. The first time everything went smoothly. This time not so much. The employee had wet dirty shoes on (winter w/ snow on the ground) and tracked up the brand new tile floor. The grout is now stained from this technician. I started to put down large heavy piece of card board we kept from the vanity. The technician said that was not neccessary because he would use a drop cloth. However, prior to putting down the drop cloth he entered the bathroom, dirtying the floor and grout. Other than that he did a professional job and was very curteous. When I ordered the service by phone I was given a quote. When asked how I heard about them I replied this was my 2nd time and that I pulled their info from Angies List. She told me that there was a coupon through Angies list. I clicked on it and it came up as $125 off any service over $400. I read this back to the CSR and she scheduled my appointment. I printed out the coupon while talking to the CSR and stuck it in my work folder. The following week when they showed up to do the work I gave the tech the coupon and he said that it was not their coupon. When I looked at it I saw it was for a different company. He wrote up the invoice with the $125 off coupon and gave that to me. He told me I needed to get the one on line and give it to him the next day when he returned to finish the job. That night I went logged on to Angies list clicked on the coupon icon for MM and low and behold it came up as the same company name that I printed out a week earlier. After a 2nd try a coupon for MM did come up. The MM coupon was for $25 not the $125 I read back to the CSR a week earlier. With the invoice from the tech for $125 off and the verbal acknowledgement from the CSR a week earlier I expected that MM was matching their competitors discounts. The next day the tech said he could not accept another company's coupon and gave me a new invoice. The written invoice, with the coupon discounted, made the on site estimate of $320. Ohio's consumer protection laws only allow a company to exceed the written estimate by a maximum of 10%. I'm not sure who to be upset with, Angies List and their system which gives other companies coupons when the coupon icon is clicked on or Miracle Method for not honoring a competitors coupon even when I read it to the CSR while looking at it on line and getting a written invoice with the discount before the work began. The discount was not honored when the work was completed.

The customer service was great. The technicians were very professional and covered everything. We had our plumbing disconnected and removed prior to the work done, so the job took just 3 hours one day and an hour the second day. The tub looks great and there was no overspray or damage to anything in the bathroom or otherwise. We are very pleased with the job.

Overall the job went okay. The price was fair. We had a new drain installed prior to the re-glazing which they had to remove for the re-glazing. When they reinstalled the drain, they did it incorrectly. They ended up scratching the newly re-glazed tub and you could see the old color (blue) through the new (white). The touched up the parts that were scratched. The problem was handled accordingly by the end of the day, but it was a process.

It went very smoothly from start to finish. The job took one and a half days to complete.

Nice job done by this family company. Visited the showroom first to see product. Was able to take small samples home to decide on color and pattern. Leo came out to do the estimate. Originally wanted to refinish shower but decided it would be a great match to do the double sink vanity counter also. We planned to get new shower doors and they were able to do an estimate through Swan Co. as we needed a custom size done. I believe Bob did the work and was very professional and had all items in bathroom covered well in plastic. Overall, the resurfacing took 3 days, 1 day prep, 1 day resurface, 1 day to add gloss shine we requested. Since the shower doors were custom, we had to wait approx 1 week to have them made. Swan then came out and did a quick, immaculate installation. We are very happy with the results and it is so much easier to clean than fiberglass!
