+ -1 moreHe is very good. Mike didn't charge me full price. He gave me a discount because he just put another one in probably two months before that. So he gave us a discount on the second one.
Description of Work: For heating we do use Mike Kendrick. He put in a furnace in one of our apartment buildings.

+ -1 moreHE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE US FOR THIS WORK. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL! WE HAVE BEEN USING HIM FOR ABOUT TEN YEARS. HE IS ALWAYS THERE WHEN I NEED HIM.
Description of Work: EXAMINED FURNACE BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN FLOODED.
