DID NOT KILL ENTIRE LAWN. HAD TO COME BACK IN THE SPRING TO KILL AND RE-SEED. MANY AREAS DID NOT TAKE. USED TRASH FILL, ROCKS, WOOD, AND WOOD CHIPS INSTEAD OF TOP SOIL. PROMISED TO RETURN TO FINISH IN THE SPRING BUT NEVER SHOWED UP. NOW WANTS PAID. THREATENS SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO COLLECT. I HAD TO FINISH ANOTHER RE-SEED IN ADDITION TO REMOVING TRASH FROM SOIL AND LAWN. USED EMAIL BUT CLAIMS HE NEVER RECEIVED THE IMPORTANT EMAILS LAST MAY.
Description of Work: KILL GRASS. LEVEL, AND RE-SEED IN 2004. FINISH IN 2005. PAID HALF IN 2004, BALANCE DUE UPON SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF THE JOB.

Description of Work: REP ARRIVED PROMPTLY TO DISCUSS SITUATION AND GIVE US AN ESTIMATE TO RENOVATE/CLEAN UP OUR LAWN. SPENT ABOUT 20 MINUTES TALKING WITH US AND TAKING MEASUREMENTS. HE OFFERED TO EMAIL ESTIMATE THE NEXT DAY (SUNDAY) BUT WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN, DESPITE OUR FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL.
