Michael is the BEST realtor out there! He has really guided and supported us through out our house hunting and took care of everything. He is attentive, knowledgeable, transparent, nice, and doesn’t miss a thing. He really has your best interests in mind and has an answer for any questions you may have. He has plenty of resources and recommendations for you from carpenters, attorneys, electricians, and even utilities. You can really tell he is well versed in helping clients find their home, a true professional. You can trust everything will be thoroughly looked over and completed by him. You cannot go wrong with Michael.

We worked with Mike Marshall as first-time homebuyers back in 2009. It was a fantastic experience. He guided us through the process and provided information to help make educated decisions on our first home. We recently closed on our 2nd home and decided to use Mike again. His incredible knowledge and experience allowed us to navigate a tough real estate market. We started the search for our 2nd home in 2020. Having specific needs, we didn’t find our home until much later. Mike was incredibly patient. He was in touch regularly to provide market updates and valuable information. In a world today, where it seems as though everyone is a realtor. I highly recommend if you’re buying a home to seek a Buyer’s Broker. We hired Mike Marshall to help us purchase our new build, and it was the best decision we made in the entire process! We weren't sure we needed an agent for a new build, but we are so glad we went ahead and hired Mike, as he was incredibly helpful through the entire process. This is the third home I've purchased with Mike's help. Mike promptly sends detailed information about homes we are interested in & set up set up home showing usually in a day or two. Mike is very responsive to e-mail & provides a wealth of information about the buying process. Everything from start showing to closing went smoothly.

Mike was a heaven sent help in this big task. He helped us search for the home and explained everything. He handled the negotiation with the sellers very professionally and got us a very good price on the house with the sellers paying our closing costs. Even after closing he was still so nice to provide us with contacts for a handyman, etc. Overall, he is not only a good real estate agent but also a likable and trustworthy person.

We were having problems with George. Our realistate agent that was under Michael. George was pretty lazy for a realstate agent. Bot George and Michael gave us convencing presentations on why we should hire them as a buyers agent, BIG MISTAKE. Buyer's Resource Realty services barely does any work for you except send you a computer generated list of houses with in our price range and selected area. They do not put any personal effort into helping us find the right house. They send us a big computer generated listing and told us to pick the house we want to see. Also told us to drive by the neighborhood before we decide to schedule a showing. We were not given any advice, they didn't give us any information on the school districts. We had to pretty much do everything our selves. The house we finally decided on wasn't even from the lists that Buyer's Resource Realty sent us. We found the house on our own, asked our agent George to schedule a showing. While trying to close on the house, it was a shortsale, so the banks already had a set amount they would pay for realitor fees at 5%, 2.5% for each buyers agent and 2.5 for the sellers. George would not take 2.5% even though we did all the work. We talked to Michael and he pretty much didn't care for the situation and told us we were SOL. We signed a contract stating that if they show us a house and we bought it, we had to pay them closing cost no matter what. I figured that is pretty much how the system works and didn't think twice before signing the contract. They knew we really liked the house and had to pay them the difference or find another house. At the end we had to pay George a extra 1000 dollars on top of what we paid for the house. This was our first house. I had been through the process with my parents a few times and it was nothing like this. They used HER realtor and the service was top notch. My parents and I were driven around in a comfortable SUV or Van and taken the the houses that the realtor thought would fit them best. The realtor too the time and effort to find out what my parents was really looking for and found houses based on their preferences and showed it to them. My parents really didn't have to put any effort into searching process. With Buyer's Resource Realty, you will be doing most of the work that an agent should be doing. I would avoid them at all cost. ** Reply to Michael Marshall** This report is not false, Just because George Black left your company doesn't mean that he never worked there. Our Experience is with Buyers Resource Reality Service, this report is on Buyers Resource Reality Service. We have 4 witnesses that met George Black and Michael Marshall at our initial meet. George introduced Micheal Marshall to us as his manager. If this was not true, the they lied to us to our faces. It is very funny that Buyers Resources is trying to defraud Angie's list claiming that this report is false and they have record of ever working with us. But they sure enjoyed taking our money. We have closing documents and an extra check that we wrote to Buyers Resources Reality Service. We would not hesitate to provide the proof. This just shows how shady Buyers Resources Reality is. For all the home first time home buyers out there, please be careful when buying your home and don't make the same mistake we did.

Was in search of my 1st home. Wasnt sure what or where to look...With the help of Mike Marshall, he helped me with a profile and started sending me many homes for me to look at...Then i could just let him know which ones i would like to see and he made all necessary arrangements for us to do so...I was looking at so many i felt guilty taking up so much of his time, but he was great the entire time...I did find my home and without his help i don't think i would have had such a great experience....thank you so much for making a dream come true...
