+ -1 moreJames did a great job - each area he painted looks fantastic. He's also a very professional, friendly, and helpful individual. For example, when he saw that we brought a very large, heavy box (at least 5 x 5 ft. in size) home, he asked us if we'd like a hand and helped us carry it into our house and to the second floor. James completes his work in a timely manner - he began the painting project when he said he would and worked diligently every day until the project was finished. Lastly, James' pricing is very competitive - we obtained several quotes for the project and his estimate was priced far below all the other quotes we received.
Description of Work: James sanded, caulked, primed, and painted the trim on our house and garage. He also primed and painted the wood door to the garage and the metal trim around the windows on the garage. He primed and painted the underside of a newly-roofed porch and the porch posts. Lastly, James primed and painted the exterior of our shed, which consists of concrete block and wood.
