Description of Work: Excellent company and crew. They found the problem of my leak and replaced the shower pan and all the shower mechanisms. Very good work, they cleaned up after themselves and very happy with the service the professionalism of the staff that did the work. Would use again.

Description of Work: McDermott replaced two toilets in my home with higher efficiency and stronger toilets as I requested. The only issue was how the employee handled a request by my wife to wait in his vehicle (as opposed to staying in the house alone with our kids)while she picked up one of our kids from an appointment (15 minutes). He did not honor the discount coupon ($79) because he had to wait for my wife to get back and was not very flexible in general. While the work was done well at the price I was quoted, I'm disappointed in the way he handled things with my wife. For that reason, we will not recommend McDermott to any friends or neighbors.

Description of Work: Diagnostic appointment to find a leak. Went fine. I thought it would just be the $99 diagnostic appt charge, but it was that + $59 service call charge.

Description of Work: They installed a new water line and cutoff valve for the refrigerator. They did a very good job. They were very helpful in answering all of my questions. They were knowledgeable, efficient, cleaned up afterwards. I am planning on using them again.

Description of Work: They had to replace a shut off valve under the kitchen sink, but it was not obvious at first that it was the cause of the problem. I also had them change out a vanity faucet, which I had purchased, as well as replace hoses from the washing machine with hoses that had steel wrapped around. I followed the owner around, and he explained everything he was doing. I was very pleased with him, and with the work. |

Description of Work: Repaired and replaced the outdoor connection to the sump pump, which had been leaking. They were polite, efficient, and professional.

Description of Work: Mike installed a shower assembly for our free-standing tub. A part did not fit (the brace for the shower pipe) and he ordered a replacement. Once that came in he was prompt in coming out to install it. |Mike has also installed a toilet and sink in the same bathroom and we found him and his helper courteous, professional, friendly and reliable.

Description of Work: I gave this before. Called about water hammer. He and a helper walked through the house, flushed every toilet and said we need to rebuild each of them for $145 each. Did not address washer and sink and other places with hammer sound.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our upstairs toilet coming through the ceiling! Michael called back promptly, came on time and fixed the issue. A very fine young man.

Description of Work: Mike replaced a shower cartridge and repaired a shower drain leak. They are professional and don't try to upsell the customer.
