Description of Work: toilet broke 10/1/15. Called another company but couldn't come until 4 days later. Call provider and they came that same day. Also bought a new hot water tank from them and they put it in. Everything went well. Will use provider again.

Description of Work: I don't recall the exact date but they were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Bought this house ten years ago with no idea of the condition of our sump pump. We feel much more comfortable now knowing we have a new one installed for a good price.

Description of Work: They did some snaking in some pipes outside. They seemed to be in a hurry at the time. They put a couple of holes in an elbow shaped pipe near the house and ground one on another pipe close to the sidewalk. I didn't know about this until recently as my husband showed this to me the other day. They were able to clear some of the roots but not enough. They said it would cost $1000 to come out and fix it properly. We just left it at that and never called them back.
