I needed a gate to be raised so that it would open more easily. Richard did that well and successfully. He communicated thoroughly to me as we set up the work. The other project of putting in short fencing to keep out raccoons from under the deck and sunporch couldn't be done due to the ground being too cold to dig, but he will complete the project when the weather allows.
