Description of Work: Owner of company and its employees were very professional. Installer was very conscientious about his work. Company helped me do a small flooring job in bathroom and also helped with some trim and carpentry work as well. Very pleased with the work done.Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: We didn't end up using this service, but I highly recommend Bill McCool. He was very professional, responsive, and punctual. He met with my husband and reviewed everything in detail, outlining what he would do and approximate cost. He sent us an estimate and followed up in a timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. We decided on someone else for a the job for several reasons, but McCool was A+.

Description of Work: Jim is available for free estimate only during lunch time on weekdays. I've tried to make appointment twice but he wasn't available on both dates so I gave up.

Description of Work: Jim McCool was on time when he gave us the estimate and when he and his crew performed the job. Jim also helped us improve our engineered wood floor selection. The crew removed carpet and pad, prepared the concrete sub-floor for the new wood flooring. All work was completed in a clean, professional manner. They also replaced all of the rooms trim, including doors and windows to match. The cost was higher than other bids but the references proved true. It looks great.

HE ADVISED WHAT MATERIALS HE NEEDED & CALLED A MERCHANT TO GIVE THE LIST OF MATERIALS NEEDED; WE JUST PAID THE MERCHANT VIA PHONE. THE MATERIALS WERE DELIVERED AND JIM & JERRY INSTALLED EVERYTHING. THE FLOORS LOOK GREAT AND HIS PRICE FOR LABOR WAS ONE OF THE MOST REASONABLE WE FOUND. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND WOULD HIRE AGAIN WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT!

HIS PRICE BEAT THE COMPETITION SIGNIFICANTLY AND HE WORKED HARD TO INSTALL THE FLOOR QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONAL. JIM STRESSES HE PREFERS TO USE MATERIALS FROM A CERTAIN SUPPLIER AND THEY DO CARRY CERTAIN BRANDS OF LAMINATE FLOORS, BUT THE FLOOR WE HAD PLANNED TO INSTALL WAS NOT ONE OF THEIR BRANDS. JIM BROUGHT SAMPLES AND WE WERE ABLE TO SELECT A COMPARABLE PRODUCT. JIM'S SAMPLES WERE A SMALL SECTION OF FLOOR COMPARED TO THE SAMPLES MOST STORES CARRY AND HE DID NOT CARRY ALL COLORS. WE VISITED A COMPETITOR TO SELECT COLOR AND THEN ORDERED FROM THE COMPANY HE PREFERRED. JIM'S ESTIMATES ARE BROKEN DOWN BY ITEM SO YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE PRICE IF YOU CAN DO SOME OF THE WORK. HE WAS PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND HIM.
