I emailed McCauley's to inquire about having the interior of my house painted. Adam responded within a day and said he would be available to come to my home on Wednesday, May 4th after 5pm to perform a detailed estimate. I emailed back and said 6pm would work and gave him the address. I did not receive a response to that email, but thought that the appointment was set. I waited for Adam on the 4th and he did not show up. I received no further communication from the company as to why the appointment was missed or asking if they could reschedule.
