Very professional and was willing to go way beyond what she advertised. We got very lucky to have gotten her!
Description of Work: Organized, disposed of unneeded items, gave us receipts from donation services and recyclers, kept us on our time table, organized our packing, provided extra supplies, did a lot of running on our behalf. Was a great help in getting us ready for a cross country move.

Everything went really well. I am so pleased that I don't have to do a headstand to find my pots and pans now. I think my husband puts away the pans more willingly also. Next time I would definitely make sure that I measure how tall my lids are. The shelf drawer for lids is too narrow (low) for a lot of my lids, but I've made it work.

I am so happy with the services we have had with MB Organizers. This was only 1 of a dozen projects we have had help from MB Organizers from. We have used them for moving/packing, staging, but also for setting up a system for my office/files, setting up our basement storage system, helped create marketing content/articles for my company's press releases, event planning and management, cleaning services, and other administrative support!
Description of Work: MB Organizers helped box up our personal items in our house and declutter things for our home selling process. They staged the house to look inviting to home buyers and cleaned out a ton of things that we didn't need anymore. They even itemized the stuff we were getting rid of and got it donated for us with a tax receipt.

I've used them quite often but not lately. They provide different kinds of service. They do regular housekeeping and organizing. They are excellent and very capable. They send the same people so I know them and they know my house. I think their price is fair. The only reason I don't use them now is because finances are an issue but I wish I could afford them right now. They really do go the extra mile to give the person whatever it is they need.

The professional organizer arrived on time and ready to get busy, we spent five hours in my basement sorting through the dust and dead spiders to clear out a new storage area and rearranged quite a bit of stuff so that it is more accessible to me. I did not feel the least be intimidated, I had feared that the organizer would chastise me for the accumulation of stuff, instead, she provided very helpful insight and was a joy to work with. As a matter of fact, I have rescheduled for another session to continue to work on the basement and will continue to utilize their services in the future.
Description of Work: They assisted me with organizing/cleaning out my basement. My mother passed away about 5 years ago, I had accumulated a lot of her household belongings in my basement, we sorted through them, donated quite a bit of it to a charity organization. MB Organizers carried away the charitable items; they even shredded some medical documentation that had accumulated as well. They even came equipped with extra storage bins in case we needed them.

I called and she was very willing to work around my families chaotic schedule. I actually had to reschedule with her the day before and she had not problem with that. When she arrived we did a survey of the area and she came up with a good idea of the project size and how much time it would take. We then looked at what I would need to purchase as far a shelving and storage bins. I then went to procure them while she started organizing. A good 5-6 hours later things looked awesome. I had my basement back!
