They provided poor service and quality which led us to terminate work with them. Estimated completion date was Oct. 21. They were not done as of Dec. 16. Doug stated that once he started he would work 10 hr. days to finish quickly minimizing the impact to our lives. He and Paul Casa worked partial days and partial weeks. There were frequent cancellations and no-shows. On one no-show Doug didn't return our call for a week. When we first spoke to Doug about the delays he told us he was burned out on our job. On another conversation regarding a no-show Doug told us he had another job he was trying to finish by Xmas. They had areas torn apart throughout the house and then went and worked on another job. There were numerous quality issues. We're still finding them. They put a nail through a pipe causing a water leak in basement; 2 of the 4 sinks he worked on have leaks; Poor job on ceiling patches and leveling of bath floor; Mixed grout improperly so color doesn't match sample.

DOUG DID A GREAT JOB. HE DID THE REMOVAL WORK THE DAY BEFORE THE NEW COUNTERTOPS WERE INSTALLED, AND COMPLETED THE WORK THE DAY AFTER. EVERYTHING WAS AS PROMISED. HIS WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. WE HAVE A CERAMIC TILE BLACKSPLASH THAT IS 18 YEARS OLD. HE WAS ABLE TO REMOVE THE OLD COUNTERTOPS WITHOUT DAMAGING ANY OF THE TILES. HE RETRIEVED A PIECE OF THE OLD GROUTING MATERIAL AND HAD IT CUSTOM MADE TO MATCH SO THE COLOR IS PERFECT. OVERALL WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.
