+ -1 moreThey gave us a time-frame from 9 to 12, as of 1:00 we still had not heard from them so we called them to let them know they'll need to reschedule. They never called us to let us know they were running late nor have they shown up. We'll give them one more chance to make it right and then we'll move on.
Description of Work: They provided us an estimate over the phone and then scheduled to come out and repair a few broken panes of glass for us today.

Description of Work: Remove eight large tempered glass panels from a hot tub roof and reinstall the glass after the roof frame was rebuilt. Metal frame installed on new roof joists and glass panels were cleaned prior to re-installation.
