 + -1 moreTHEY WERE HONEST ABOUT WHAT I SHOULD EXPECT. THEY EXPLAINED THEIR SERVICE LIMITATIONS. FOR EXAMPLE, THEY CAN ONLY REMOVE THE CUSHION COVER STAIN AND ODOR. THE FOAM IN THE CUSHION ACTED AS A SPONGE. AND SUGGESTED I REPLACE IT. I APPRECIATED THEIR HONESTY.
