The first two guys that came out did such a bad job that they were fired, the supervisor came out and cleaned everything for me free of charge.

They did a good job cleaning the rooms. Will recommend them.

They arrived within promised time frame and did a nice job. We had some pretty dirty areas, including a white family room carpet, and they got it all clean.

Representative showed up within the time estimate and did a very professional job of cleaning.

Worker left some debris throughout the house, especially around the registers and cold air intakes. Employee seemed stressed. Expressed that he was overworked, and that the job was more suitable for two men. When I asked him to clean out a fresh air return duct that led to the exterior of the house, instead of approaching it from the exterior end, he vacuumed the debris (pebbles and dirt in the ducts) towards the furnace. Was somewhat surly and refused to clean the fresh air intake duct leading to the furnace from the exterior end even though his hose could not reach the entire length of the duct from the interior. I telephoned the owner to express my concerns regarding the fresh air intake duct. He was very responsive to my concerns, and sent the employee back to finish the job the very next day. I appreciate that the owner resolved the issue promptly. Would suggest better PR training for employees and ensure adequate staffing levels.

I called Master Clean because I received a coupon from them in Val-Pak. I looked them up on Angies List and they seemed good. So, I called for an appointment and Alan came out to give me an estimate. He explained the process to me and also gave me plenty of unsolicited advice on other things in my house (dehumidifier, furnace, etc.). I decided to schedule the cleaning and we were able to schedule for 2 days later. I forgot the techs name (who came out to do the job) but he was very efficient, got the job done and answered my questions. The tech did show me the before and after pictures of the dirt accumulated in the returns with the little camera. I havent noticed much of a difference yet in the air quality in my home, so I dont know if this will really help relieve my allergies. Essentially, I paid $115 an hour for two hours of labor, so I hope it was worth the expense to have this work done.

Master Clean is always on time and gives just an hour window when they'll show up. They always do a fantastic job and are professional about it. A little pricey though, and they try to sell addons (scents, etc.).

I have hired them 2xs and have been pleased each time, they arrive on time, are very respectful, professional, and well kept. I felt very comfortable with them. They move very quickly and thoroughly. Price wise I dont really know how they compare, they are the only carpet cleaners I have hired.

The crew was on-time and performed the work as requested. The only disappointment was with the drying time, but that was partly due to the humidity.

Awesome. A+ every time. We've tried other companies and even tried cleaning it ourselves, and Master Clean blows everyone else out of the water. We have a dog (who vomits often) and they're able to clean up every last stain. They're always punctual and professional. We'll never use another carpet cleaning company besides Master Clean.

Great job cleaning our sofas! Both sofas are in our family room and receive LOTS of wear and tear, one of which is a very light color. When they were done, the sofas looked like new! Plus they applied an additional protective coating to help the fabric resist future dirt. I was really pleased with the job they did, and the protective coating did its job when, not a week later, something was spilled on the light colored sofa and there was no stain to contend with. Wonderful job!

Master Clean did a great job overall. However the carpet that had remodeling dust on it had dust that did not get removed from the edges. I called the next day and explained. Without question, they set up a time for another cleaning. They arrived on time and the problem was taken care of.

They were outstanding. Jon and Eric were the team members who did our rugs. They came within the promised time window and were extremely quick and efficient. They cleaned the specified areas in about 30 minutes, and the rugs were very clean. We have white carpeting, and their steam clean process got the rugs cleaner than they have ever been since we moved in. Rugs were completely dry in about 6 hours in most areas. I was so pleased that I had them clean an extra area as well.

The two gentleman were very informative about the process and were very polite. They finished the job in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with the finished product.

They did a better job then anyone I've had in a long time. The only problem that I have is they won't bill us- we have to be there to pay.

I've used them for cleaning my carpets, and I've always been pleased with their service.

Master Clean has Saturday evening appointments which happened to be when they worked on our house. The crew did a good job. They were very courteous and efficient and completed the job promptly. We were pleased with the results and the service.

Were on time and very quick with work. They removed difficult stains. The carpet was not left very wet, and was dry in a few hours. Excellent service and technician was very friendly and professional.

I was impressed that they got all of the spots up without doing too much. They asked if I wanted Scotchguard. It looks fine.

We had this company come and clean up all of the access water. They were great. They came out that day in two hours, great service. We have used other companies and this was much better. They were much cheaper than other companies and they were nice and prompt as well.

Second time we've had Master Clean, clean our carpets. Arrived on time, friendly, carpets look great. Will hire again. Price includes one area of ''stain protector''.

The company called the morning of and gave us a two hour window in which the guys would arrive. Thor and Damon showed up on time and did the usual great job on the carpets. We have used Master Clean many times before and we are very happy with their service.

Ed showed up on time and cleaned all 22 vents and the dryer vent. The job took about 3 hours just as they estimated. The company does come out ahead of time to count vents, estimate how long it will take, etc. Although they are a little on the expensive side, we are happy with how the work was performed. There are coupons floating around for 12 vents at $199, each additional vent at $15 a piece and the dryer vent at $50. The coupon is even available on their website.
