They gave a senior discount. They were able to clean the carpet a couple of days after I called. Arrived at the appointed time. The two men took care when moving furniture and worked efficiently. They put leg protectors under all pieces of furniture after the carpet was cleaned. They was one spot that they really worked on but could not completely remove it and noted so on their paperwork.

The technician was on time, reviewed the areas to be done and gave us a price. He also said that their current promotion included Scotch Guard for one area and we could include the additional eight areas for $10.00 each which we chose to do. The work was done tour satisfaction and the technician offered some advice on spot cleaning and maintaining the carpets.

They did a superb cleaning on the furnace and my carpets. They came out when we had scheduled them although it was a very cold day, they recommended coming back because they could do a better job when it was warm. The pricing for both services was extremely competitive. They did a great job and i would use them again.

Master Clean had come out the week before the cleaning to survey the scene and make sure they could access all our ducts. When he finished, we scheduled the appointment for the cleaning. Larry arrived on time, did a walk through with me, then explained the process, the order in which things would be done, and that it would take about 2 hours. We have been in our condo for 7 years & had never had this done. The first owners of the condo probably didn't either as Larry found lots of construction debris in the ducts. He was very courteous and willing to answer any questions. He finished on time and cleaned up after himself. We are very satisified with the results.

Didn't move the TV and clean behind and didn't use plastic covering for some of the furniture.

The crew did an excellent job. They arrived within the appointment window. The crew worked exceedingly well as a team. The furniture mover took great care with the furnishings and placed plastic protectors or foam blocks under furniture legs as needed. All furniture was returned to its original place. I did not ask them to move the china cabinet, entertainment center, beds, or dresser/chest of drawers. The stains were removed and heavily soiled areas were completely cleaned. I appreciated the fact that the carpet was raked without my having to ask or remind the crew. The price does not include duct work cleaning and upholstery cleaning performed by this company on the same day.

Service technician arrived promptly as scheduled, cleaned the ducts, furnace, and the cold air return area. He placed everything back into position when finished and took care of any debris that had fallen onto the carpet during the process. Cost noted here does not include whole house carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning by a second crew later the same day. This is the third time I have had Master Clean work in my home. I am very satisfied with their operation.

The crew arrived within scheduled time and immediately set to work. Crew leader was very knowledgeable about the fabrices used on the furniture and adjusted the cleaning process to match (fabrics ranged from cotton to Herculon). I am very pleased with the results. This price does not include whole-house carpet cleaning performed by the same crew.

The guys were pleasant and thorough. I felt safe around them. They took more time than a company I used in the past, and the carpets seemed more clean. They gave specific directions regarding the area rug so as not to cause damage to the hard wood floor underneath. The office staff calls kind of early (7 or 8 am) on the day of service to tell you the more exact time.

The servicemen contacted us when they were about 30 minutes away, which allowed us to go about our regular routine. We did not have to wait around guessing what time they would arrive.

We had originally scheduled the work for late afternoon, but when MC called to confirm the appointment, we requested they come as early as possible in the time slot due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict. They cooperated completely, and the techs arrived at a good time for us, and were done in record time. We have used MC in the past and we continue to be very pleased with their service.

The scheduling and cleaning process went very smoothly. The carpet needed cleaning because we had new flooring put in for the kitchen and entry way. We are very satisfied with this company.

They arrived on time and did a fabulous job. The two young men who did the work were very personable and went right to work. They finished the job quickly. I was very impressed with how clean everything was when they were finished. They had to move a few items of furniture. Explained everything I needed to do after they were finished so the floors would dry properly. I will use them again when I am ready for another cleaning.

The carpet cleaning was fine. The appointment scheduling was awkward. I made my appointment two weeks in advance and requested an afternoon appt. They would only give me a 7-hour time span (12 noon- 7 pm) until the actual cleaning day. They call you early in the morning with a 2-hour time span, which they met.

Ducts were more dirty than they should have been for a 7 year old house, however, smell still remains. That being said, the quality of work was good, the two guys knew what they were doing and were in and out in about 2 hours.

They did a fine job. Really pleased. I had my 85 year old mother living with me and they took that into consideration with wet floors.

Called on a Wednesday for estimate, and schedule was set for Friday. When the estimator arrived, he also said they had a cancellation and could perform the work same day. Felt price was reasonable and decided to go with them because the work had to be done. Work was timely and accomplished without incident. House has a very nice cleanliness to it now that the ducts are clean. Would recommend this company for future work.

We thought we might have to replace the carpet, but they did a good job cleaning it and removing the water stains, etc. The reinstall wasn't perfect but may have been the best that was possible. I don't know. On the whole, we were happy with the service, especially since we didn't have to pay for new carpet!

Great. We used a direct mailed coupon, and the price was better than several other companies I called. They scheduled an estimate quickly, and the work was done within a week. The tech was polite and friendly and explained his work. He found one of the vents was not hooked up, so he deducted that from the original estimate.

When providing the estimate, the man was very nice and informative. He answered all of my questions. The man who cleaned my air ducts also was nice and showed what he was doing throughout the process, so I knew the cleaning was effective.

After they went through the whole evaluation they let me know that I didn't need the work done. Very polite and timely. Excellent!

Good work - able to schedule in relatively short amount of time. There were a couple of areas that I had to go back and spot clean (hard to see when the carpet is wet, but they re-emerged after the carpet dried), but overall it was worth the price.
