Master Clean Inc

Master Clean did an excellent job at responding to my call. Someone came to my house the next day to give me an estimate for the job. I scheduled to have the work done the following day. The technician was very polite. He was very quick - the estimate was 3 hours, and he was done in 1.5 hours. He left a charger here, so I called Master Clean to let them know. He returned that afternoon to pick it up. My only complaint is that for some reason a black soot like substance came out of the register in my 6 month old's room, and in no other room in the house. I didn't notice it until after 5 that day, and it was the Friday before the New Year's holiday. So I spent about an hour that evening mopping his room and washing all of his bedding and wiping down all of his furniture. I have not contacted Master Clean regarding this yet, but plan to via their website. I may or may not use them again.

He was there for approx. 6 hours, and was very thorough from what I could tell. He started upstairs and worked his way down. On one of the last vents, he hooked up a camera that projected the inside of the vent onto a screen that I could see. Much to our surprise, there was almost no build-up and only a few cobwebs. When he had finished, he showed me the inside of the drum where all of the debris from the entire house is collected. There was very little there, probably less than a cups worth.

Excellent! The technician (Jason) arrived on time and performed the work as expected. The results were excellent.

They cleaned all of the areas in my home and also applied the Scotchgard. They arrived on time and the gentleman was very professional, answered all of my questions and was very quick to get the job done. I am very pleased with my overall experience. I would highly recommend!

They don't really ever have specials for small jobs. I only have one room and all they offer is a two room special. Their price is high but their work is good and can come on short notice. I will continue to use them.

He was punctual and did a fine job.

When I called this week to schedule our next cleaning, I asked the receptionist, who also said she was the manager, if having only one technician was a permanent change and she said the owner had decided to cut back to just one tech. I stated my problems regarding our last cleaning and although she said "sorry" she didn't seem interested or concerned. Since it had been 3 months since the cleaning I was unhappy with, I didn't feel comfortable asking them to re-clean our high traffic areas, but I do think they should of been willing to re-clean our low traffic areas where stains should NOT be popping back up in such a short time period. Our neighbor recently used this company and immediately insisted they come back and re-clean. Unfortunately we are a very busy household and did not have time to have this job redone more quickly. I suggest using this company with caution. They have been good in the past but I don't think they are offering the same quality of work.

This company was the least expensive of the other companies I called. It took about 3 hours to complete the work.

A very good experience from the receptionist to the cleaner (I think his name was Jason). I appreciated that they would still work with me after I canceled the first appt. The second appt. was actually scheduled sooner than the first one would have been. I would recommend them and intend to call them again.

On time arrival. Did a good job. Professional. Cost was exactly as quoted. Allowed inspection by digital photo after work completed. The only small complaint I would have is it's a dirty job and it would be nice if they vacuumed the work areas after the cleaning. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work.

We were given an estimate over the phone based on our count of vents. When the representative came to make a final estimate he reduced the number of vents by 5 because of the way the vents were laid out. We had a coupon for $200 for 12 vents + $15 for each extra vent and $50 for the dryer vent and 5 % was subtracted for our Buckeye Card. Another company with an excellent Angie's List rating wanted about $200 more and wouldn't come to the house to make the estimate so we decided on Master Clean. From my initial call to the day the job was done was about a week. The worker called in the morning of the day he came to let us know he would come about 1 pm. He came on time and left about 5 hours later. He was polite, hard working and showed the camera view inside the ducts before and after his work. We have no complaints about the work done, but wonder if the companies advertising $80 for 12 vents would have done as good a job.

They cleaned the carpet in the family room, the steps and the upstairs hall. Very professional and courteous, I have used them in the past and they are knowledgeable about carpet and cleaning products. Three years ago, they also cleaned out the duct work and did a great job.

They were on time and the people were courteous. It was great.

I gave Master Clean a B in quality and a B in professionalism because they did not clean up after themselves very well. I would use them again, but I'd make sure they cleaned up a little better.

My cat got out while he (Bryan) was here and he kept an eye on her and then got her back in. I appreciated this. They are prompt, right on time and very flexible (came when I needed them). They did a good job.

We were very pleased with their work.

They did an excellent job. The technicians were very careful when moving the hoses through the house so that the woodwork and furniture did not get scraped. The carpets are beautiful. I will definitely use them again.

They sent someone out for an estimate. This was able to be scheduled within a week. He evaluated the number of ducts and gave us an estimate taking into account the coupon on-line. He then scheduled the cleaning date. This was approximately 1 week later. The crew arrived as scheduled and did a great job. They showed us the pics before and after and there was a huge difference! They were clean and courteous. The only thing I didn't like was the timing of the service. I had purchased a new home and had limited access to have the estimate done so they had to come during our walk through. I wanted to have the ducts cleaned before we moved (i.e. the day after we closed) but was not allowed to schedule this up front and then that day was booked by the time of our estimate. It would have been much preferred to schedule the cleaning at the time of the first call (which was almost 2 weeks prior to the requested date).

I called to schedule an estimate for air ducts and carpets & Larry arrived as scheduled and on time. It was during a walk through before our closing so the house was completely empty. I told him that I wanted all carpeted areas cleaned and he had free reign to look around. He inspected the whole house and presented me with an estimate. The carpets had been scheduled to be cleaned 2 days later. My husband was here when they cleaned. They arrived in a timely manner, were clean, and courteous. At the end of the cleaning they presented a bill for $20 more than the estimate. They said that the closets were $10 extra a piece. I called the company after the fact and asked what happened. It took several hours to get back to me to say that Larry apologized but yes they are extra. I was told that they don't go into closets because there are personal items in there. I explained the house was empty and he didn't even mention them being extra. I was not given anything more.

Ed arrived on time and was very professional. He explained everything and did a great job. The air ducts had never been cleaned in our home, so the thorough job Ed did was very helpful and made a significant difference in our air quality.

Masterclean was outstanding from start to finish. On the morning of the cleaning, I was called and given a 2 hour window. Alan, our technician, arrived on time. It was so nice not to be tied down waiting all day for him to arrive! He walked through the rooms with me and moved all the furniture. I was embarrassed about all the stains (juice, marker, coffee, dirt, stamping ink) but he assured me it didn't look so bad and that most of them would come out. He cleaned all the rooms and replaced the furniture within an hour. I was amazed! I was planning to replace this builders grade carpet next year but after he finished, the carpet was so clean and fluffy that it looked brand new. The only stains left behind were 2 small light pink marks from red juice. Alan was very hard working and professional and took the time to give me advice about cleaning future stains. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted over the phone.

Furniture looks great! I was dubious when it was still wet, but when it dried, it was like new!

We were very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend the company to our friends. Also, I have allergies and could tell the difference the next morning.

They did a good job cleaning the air ducts, but the basement wasn't cleaned up as I expected. The ducts that they took apart to inspect, they also didn't put back together.

Glad to have it done, hope for less dust in the house. An ideal day for it, as weather was nice.
