They did a good job as far as I can tell. The guy was very professional and to the best of my knowledge he did a competent job.

They were professional and did everything they were supposed to do.

I called the office and scheduled an appointment. I was able to get a date and time frame that was convenient for me. The day of the appointment they called bright & early to give me my 2 hour window for arrival. They arrived when expected. The technicians were polite and professional. They worked the entire time they were here. They did not try to sell me extra products and services. They also did not parade me around the house to tell me how hard it would be to remove stains (and sell me a product for use between cleanings on those tough stains!) In fact, they removed all stains and residues and cleaned the carpet much more thoroughly than the company I had been using for years!

They did a wonderful job. I'll have them again in about 6 months.

They did great! They showed up when they were supposed to. They also were very neat and they did a wonderful job. They are a fine company. I would use them again.

It went really well. I called and they came when they said they would. They came the next day and called when they were on the way. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a very good experience.

I heard of this company through some friends. I gave them a call and they worked me into their schedule within the week. They did everything that I expected.

They did a pretty good job. Although while they were moving some furniture around they put a few nicks in my desk. They arrived promptly and it was easy to make appointments with them.

I showed them the area to be cleaned. We had everything moved out of the rooms that could be, leaving the large furniture items and two end tables and a lamp. I meant to move the lamp when they came and did not get around to it and I was very surprised to see after they left that they had not moved it. It was a gold floor lamp and they just went around it. They did move the end stands. I also had a small television (18") on a stand which had wheels and I don't believe they moved it either. If they did, they did not put any plastic or pads under the stand so it would not set on the wet carpet. Other than these few items, it went OK.

Work was excellent. Really impressed with the duct work cleaning. Very careful, punctual and accommodating. Different crew did the steam cleaning but experience was very good. Great job. Highly recommend.

They were here on time. They did a really good job. The technicians were very nice and the price was reasonable.

They gave me exactly what they said they would. They cleaned them well and showed me pictures. They gave me some advice about keeping it clean. The only bad thing is he was about one or two hours late. They were definitely reasonably priced.

He gave us a discount for not having any furniture in the house. They are flexible and work with your schedule. They were able to do the work quickly. He did treat some spots and was able to lift them. The carpets look good and they are fresh.

They were prompt and on time. There was one man who did the job and he was courteous and got right to work. From the time he got here to the time he finished it only took an hour. Overall it was a very good experience.

I have used them several times, leave the place clean and are very personable. Price is very good.

The service was great. I had no problem scheduling the appointment, and the girl that set it up for me was very helpful. The technicians called when they were on their way, arrived within the window I was quoted and performed the cleaning quickly but thoroughly. They were friendly and weren't afraid to explain what they were doing when I asked questions. Never having had carpets cleaned before, I was very happy.

They came out when they said they would and did a good job.

We have used this company several times without incident and they have always been courteous and timely. The last time a worker accidentally knocked off picture frame from wall and broke it. However, he immediately brought it to our attention. We received a call from the company president a day later asking how they could resolve problem with the picture frame to our satisfaction. I was able to repair the frame myself so it was no big deal.

They scratched my wood floors because they didn't cover them and also the corners. The hose dragged outside so it was dirty which tracked dirt down my carpeted stairs. They said they would clean it but it should have been prevented. I have a closet were they took the baseboards off and punched holes so the drywall could dry better and they didn't want to repair them. They wanted to just cover them up with the baseboards but I told them they need to repair them. When I called the company, they said the holes should not have been that big.

They are always very professional. The drying time is 2 to 4 hours.

Great service - as usual. I've tried several companies and Master Clean is the best value that I've found. Would gladly recommend them.

Went well...with one exception...the guy (Van) who bid the job evidently bid it with the wrong truck. So I helped the "one guy" get his equipment down the basement and back up.

They were exceptional compared to others we've had.

They were really good. I liked the product that the used. I will certainly use them again.

They charged us for an extra area that was basically a walk in closet which was attached to the bedroom because it went over the maximum square footage. I think this might be standard procedure for carpet companies.
