They did a great job and completed everything much quicker than I thought they would. I have used Master Clean for years and have never been disappointed. There are some companies that come in and vacuum the carpets before they are steam cleaned, but it costs a lot more money, so we vacuumed before they came. They took good care of the furniture and moved everything that we asked them to do which was almost everything. They came late in the afternoon, and I was concerned that they might be too tired to do a thorough job. They did a great job!

They were very professional. In addition to cleaning the carpets, they were able to give me lots of valuable advice on caring for the hardwood floors that we have (I've never had exposed hardwood floors before, so didn't know the first thing about it). Also gave us some great tips on dealing with what are probably asbestos tiles on the basement floor. In other words, they were able and willing to provide lots of information on floor care, regardless of whether they were there to for that particular flooring.

They were on time, polite and professional. They took a tour of the house to see what was needed and began their job. They pretreated what they had to, and then to work. They were done very quickly{no furniture in house}. The bill was as estimated and we were very grateful for the wonderful job they did with the carpets.

It was great! They showed up right on schedule and completed the sofa, loveseat, and chair within 40 minutes. They were thorough and able to remove stains on my furniture. Staff were friendly and informative. Their price was lower than many of the other vendors.

They set the appointment according to my schedule. They were punctual and professional. I have 2 10-year-old chairs with a light-colored fabric. They were very dirty and had stains. When the young man came out, he told me a couple of the stains would not come out, but he got most of the stains out and I was very pleased with the result.

They gave us a 2-hour window and arrived right on time. My husband was there for the appointment and was very pleased with the staff and the job that was done. He said that the technician went over the high traffic areas several times and the cleaning did not take very long. When I got home later I could see that the high traffic area still looked very dirty. The next morning I called from work and requested that they return to clean those areas again. The person I spoke to on the phone was very professional and accommodating. I told her that I had left a key under the mat and requested that they let themselves in and lock the door when they left. She said that she would send someone right out to take care of it. When I got home that night I was thrilled! The carpets looked brand new and smelled clean and fresh. Not a stain in sight.

They showed up when they said they would. The cost was what they said it would be. The carpet was very clean when they finished. The system they used, there was minimal drying time for the carpet.

They were polite, professional and easy to work with.

We have used Master Clean on several occasions. They are always on time and do an excellent job at cleaning. I am always satisfied with the job and the price is reasonable.

Very well. There was some confusion regarding the initial date and time, but that was quickly resolved. A representative originally told us one time and we were called back a day later and said that time would not work. We were able to schedule another time. They were punctual and did a very thorough job. They exceeded my expectations by cleaning more than I thought for less money than I thought.

Great, There were some minor imperfections, but they came right out and fixed them.

The Master Clean crew were very professional. They were all very respectful of our home and furniture and called us over several times to check just how filthy a particular duct was and then how well it looked after they had cleaned it. They did warn us that our filter would probably need cleaning even though we had just replaced it and they were correct, but that was a small price to pay for the increased airflow.

It was a very superficial cleaning. I called them to come back to hit some spots they did not address, but they were unable to get out spots that I was able to clean after they left. I will not use them again.

They called between 7-8 to tell me that they would have a person at the house between 11 and 1. The cleaner arrived at 11am. He started working immediately after touring the areas of the house to be cleaned. The carpets look brand new. You could see the line of dirt where he was working and what had been cleaned. He was very quick (we had no furniture), and was done by 12:30.

I called for an appointment on a Thursday and was offered the next day appointment. They were on time, did a great job and even cleaned up water in the garage. Glenn also wrote on the receipt places on the carpet that may need more attention next time. We appreciated the whole experience.

When I called to make the appointment, the rep was very professional. He made the appointment at my convenience. When I realized that I hadn't made the appointment early enough, I called back to change it. This was handled very well with no problems at all. The cleaners showed up promptly, asked for a tour of the areas they were to clean and then went straight to work. They did a great job of cleaning and treating the areas that requested.

Their service was excellent. The two men that came were very polite, courteous and explained everything to me. It was actually a great experience.

I have used this company before and was very pleased again. Glenn made extra effort to clean several large bad spots...with success! My dining room was especially dirty and looks almost new. Punctual and efficient, pleasant worker.

Excellent service by Eric Frye. I had called for an appt, and they were very accommodating to meet my schedule. They showed up exactly when they said they would. He went into detail on several areas about cleaning, what we he would do and potential problem areas. They were able to remove all of the spots/stains that we had. Eric also let us know what we could do to cut down on our dust from our vents/furnace, and also what to do to speed up dry time. He estimated 4 - 6 hrs to be completely dry after cleaning, and in 6 hours it was dry.

This company has a big turn over in their staff and some of them have no pride in there work, because we have used them before but they are getting to be a large company and don't care any more.

If they had said something, we could have had the furniture out of room. The day they came, we offered to help move it, but they would not agree to do that.

I found them on Angies List amd was very pleased with them. They were quick. Everything was easy and everything came clean. I feel like we got a good deal for our money.

They did a fantastic job. They came exactly on time. They called the day before they came. They were very friendly and clean workers. They did a thorough job. They moved all the furniture. They gave us suggestions on how to keep our dogs off the clean carpets.
