I chose them because of their rating on Angie's List. They came when they said they would. What impressed us was that their equipment was extremely clean. Their truck was clean and well organized. The hoses were all very clean. The serviceman was very professional. He explained what he was doing. He was a very nice gentleman to talk to. The carpet came out beautiful. I was extremely pleased. I used my Angie's List coupon.

I submitted an email inquiry through their website and they responded the next business day. A day later I had a FREE estimate where they explained exactly what they do and how they do it. A day after that they came to perform the service. The man was extremely careful not to track any snow in from outside. He also asked permission before he removed my basement window to run the vacuum and air compressor lines. About two hours later he was finished. From my own visual inspection there are no more cobwebs and all the dust has been blown out. Also they called around 7:30 am the day of the estimate and the day of the service to confirm. I payed exactly the amount estimated (which was much lower than I expected this service to cost in the first place). There's a coupon for $50 off on their website. Stellar customer service, an excellent deal, and they had impressive equipment!

Work was completed as expected. Service provider was polite, friendly and did a thorough job.

They generally do a great job. Again it depends upon who you get to do the job. My wife has complained about few things to them, and they have come back to do the work. They are a reputable company that stands by their word. They do a good quality work.

I called them and they were very courteous, I scheduled an appointment with no problem. They actually called me because they had someone in the area sooner than my appointment time, so they came earlier. The technician was courteous and got the job done quickly. I had my furniture moved before they got here, but they did tell me that they would move it if I needed them too. I am very happy with how the carpets turned out. I would use them in the future.

From the intitial phone call to the end, everyone was very polite and accomodating. I had to call and change the date twice and that was not a problem. The rugs look great, the sofa looks great. The loveseat if a cotton fabric and the marks from a dog did not all come out, however it is clean. They showed up when they said they would. I would hire them again in an instant.

Masterclean arrived within the 2-hour window we arranged and completed the work.

I am happy with them. They finished the work within a day and they came within 2 hours as promised. They gave me an honest opinion when I enquired them about another service.

I scheduled the appointment about a week beforehand and they had no problem accommodating my schedule. They arrived earlier than scheduled on the day of service (and called beforehand to make sure that was ok), and took the time to do a walk around and run through what we wanted done. They got right to work after that and had everything completed in about 90 minutes. We then walked through the house again make sure everything was cleaned to our satisfaction. This was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Two reps, DJ and Clint were careful, efficient, fast and friendly. Took them about 40 minutes. We had a discount coupon from local advertising brochure which provided a slightly lower price than Angie's List coupon. All carpet is now beautiful and CLEAN!

My first impression was how clean their truck was as they pulled into drive. If they keep their equipment clean, this usually says a lot about how they operate. I was not disapointed in that respect. The young man was clean cut, dressed neatly, polite, explained his procedure, and got right to work. He did a good job and our carpet looks great. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This was an empty home. The carpets were in such bad shape we thought we might have to replace them. Master Clean came out and worked a miracle--I couldn't believe how quickly they worked and how clean they got the carpets! The technician was very helpful and professional. He re-seamed one area and did some stretching where needed, as well. A very good experience.

Good, except still unhappy with one area

They were responsive and came on time. The people who came over did a very good job. I was so impressed with their work, that I recommended them to my daughter.

They do a pretty good job. Their people are always nice. Their punctuality is so-so, but they do a good job with everyone else. They do as good of a job as anybody could given my carpet.

They did an excellent job of cleaning and accurately gave me a two hour window when they would arrive. 10-15% higher quote than other companies, but I went with them after reading their great reviews. Only negative is I took a significant fall from my socks getting wet descending the steps. Once I stepped on the tile floor, I went down immediately. They told me this happens to customers about once a week, so my expectation was they would take precautions. There was a throw rug two feet away that placed at the foot of the stairs would have prevented the fall.

They did a very nice job. The man who came was very professional and corteous, and I was quite happy with his work. We would certainly use them again.

not perfect but the previous owners had allowed it to get just too dirty

When I called MasterClean, we were under a bit of time crunch and needed someone to come out within the week. When I called, a very pleasant woman (whose name I am forgetting) answered the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days! Fortunately, I had a weekday off and was available the entire day because the specific 2 hour window during which they will come, is determined on the day of service and we were notified between 7-8 am that morning as to which time window we were assigned to. My wife and I were able to move all of our furniture, except our king mattress, out of the areas that needed cleaning. If we had not done this or if were not able, then the entire process would have taken much longer. Glen and Keith arrived exactly at Noon (our 2hr slot was Noon to 2pm) and were very professional (attire, appearance, cleanliness, and behavior). They looked at all of the areas needing cleaning and the specific areas of the carpet that may need more attention. They both prepped their equipment and started work upstairs after moving our king mattress. While they were pulling in the hoses, they placed corner guards to prevent scuffing and damaging the walls, which was a fantastic thing to do! While they cleaned all the areas, which they finished in less than 1 hour, they answered questions with confidence about do's and don'ts of carpet cleaning, which carpet cleaners to use or not, and recommendations for future spot cleaning, when the need arises. We are very happy with the quality and value of the work performed and would gladly call them again when the need arises.
