Excellent. Arived on Time...put pads under all large furniture in room...looks good...was dry in less than 12 hours.

Showed up on time and serviceman was very professional. One sofa and the loveseat were older and dirty. I wasn't expecting miracles, just wanted it clean. The gentleman spent a good amount of time steam cleaning, but dirt remained. I understand the theory behind simply steam cleaning, but in my experience, a little spot treatment is often needed, and I would have liked to have seen some used. Overall service was performed as ordered and, again, a good amount of time was taken on cleaning. If interested in the steam cleaning on lightly soiled items, this would be a good company to use. The price was very reasonable, and the service professional and thorough.

Excellent! They called us the morning of the scheduled service date and gave us a window in which they would arrive. They arrived within that window and did an excellent job on the carpets. The two guys that did the work were Rick F. and Josh H. We've used this provider before and we will use them in the future.

It was done well, no surprises, nor disappointments.

It has been two years since I had my carpeting cleaned professionally. I had not used Master Clean before, but read their reviews in Angie's List. From the moment I called them, they were very courteous and professional. They arrived on time and were finished in an amazing 40 minutes. The carpeting has never looked better! They were having a special price of $99 for four rooms. It was great.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. They are punctual, reasonably priced, and don't try to "upsell" you. I have used them many times and will continue to do so.

They came on time. Reviewed all the rooms with me, careful to not let my cat outside. Moved furniture and put down plastic under the legs of chairs and couches.

I described the space to be cleaned when I called and the person who made my reservation confirmed that the areas I described counted as three spaces. When the guys arrived, they were very high energy and made a big effort to be courteous. The leader of the two told me we really had four areas to be cleaned but he'd "give it to me" for three, and I could choose between a deodorizer or a protective coating on the carpet. He said all of this very quickly, and in retrospect, my guard was down because I'd used them before. They let me know they get paid in part on how many people submit reports on them, which I understand is the right idea to ensure professionalism, but I found aggressive (not their fault). When it came time to pay, the total was over $100- he'd charged for what he misled me into believing was included. I was in a huge rush and didn't want to argue the point. Basically, the carpet cleaner did exactly what he was taught to do-- upsell, get confirmation on his good performance, etc. I would have preferred that they just did what they promised, and honored the 3 rooms at $69.95.

Job went as expected - clean carpets a result.

Arrived on time and in addition to cleaning our sofa and chair in the livingroom, cleaned the carpet on the stairs and applied Scotchguard to all three. They were very professional and very thorough. Highly recommended.

This was the first time we have had the carpets in this house cleaned. After they were done, our carpet looked new again! They were great! They moved all the furniture around and lifted in up and made sure every part of the floor was cleaned. We had no idea what to expect and we were really impressed with them. It definitely gave our carpet new life!

I've been using them for the last couple of years. They steam cleaned it. I thought they got the rugs as clean, if not cleaner, than the company I used before. They were not as wet when they were finished. The price was average in comparison to the other one that I used. I was satisfied with their work. The quality of service was good. I?m about ready to call them in a week or so.

They were good and I didn't have any complaints about them. They were slightly above average, but they didn't do a real good job around the edges of the carpet. Their price was comparable and middle of the road. They were less than one and more than some of the others.

I had a great experience with them. They showed up when they said they were going to and were careful. Everything went on very well and I would recommend them. I thought that the price was reasonable for the work that they did.

The tech showed up within the scheduled window reeking of cigarette smoke--hence the "C" for professionalism. I almost asked him to air out on the front porch for a few minutes before letting him in my home. I showed him the areas to be cleaned, took the dog and headed to another room to let him get to work. He moved all of the furniture that we left in the rooms, but we were thorough about getting almost everything out before they came. I was given instructions on how to let the carpets dry and not move furniture back onto the carpet for 24 hours or risk permanent stains from the furniture polish soaking into the carpet. I was also warned about how slick it could be stepping from damp carpet onto hard flooring. The tech was done in about an hour, was courteous and friendly. All of the stains were gone. Some of the high-traffic zones on 7-year-old carpet are still worn, but no surprise there. I would gladly hire MasterClean again, but would ask for a non-smoking tech.

Not all stains came up, but they do the best job of anyone we've tried. They are always on time and quick and professional. Due to our dog, we usually have our carpets cleaned twice a year and always call Master Clean.

Called them and they scheduled for date and time I was looking for. They were right on time. The Carpet Cleaner was professional, nice and very informative. He wore booties to protect flooring. The company followed up after to ensure we were satisfied with the service.

I have been using them probably for ten years now. They do the best carpet cleaning. I haven't had any other company for the carpet cleaning. They are detailed, punctual and knowledgeable.
