I have used them for my other houses too, and they do a really good job on the carpets. I like their professionalism and thoroughness. They are always super professional about the job. They are quick and on time. They are a great reliable company; they provide excellent service and their price is good. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I like the way they care for their customers' home. I like their high quality, high integrity and they are a very good business to work with.

When I met with the manager/sales person to get a quote, we set up a service date, but I explained that that date would only work if I could be the first appointment of the day because of a work commitment. He assured me that would be problem since I live very close to their company. On the day of the service, a rather rude-sounding dispatcher called in the morning to say that they would be there "between 8 and 11". I told him I had been assured that I would be the first appointment of the day, to which he responded (still rudely), "Yeah, he'll be there at 8:30" and hung up (before I had a chance to ask another question I had). To the actual service person's credit, he showed up promptly and was very friendly. However, first he said he would have to take the door to my basement off its hinges in order to get the hose in the basement. After a few minutes of my prompting, he realized this wasn't necessary. I also kept offering to move my car out of the garage so that overall access would be easier for him. He kept refusing and said it wasn't necessary, and as a result, everytime he walked into or out of the garage with the hose, he knocked something over so I had to follow him around picking things up. It wasn't until *after* he got the hose all hooked up (*and* drilled the holes in my furnace vents) that he announced that the vacuum in the truck they gave him to use that day didn't work well in cold weather (it was an extremely cold day). As he predicted, the motor on the vacuum didn't start (and didn't start and didn't start). He was in my driveway for 20-30 minutes trying to get it to start with no success. I finally went out and told him that I had to leave for work relatively soon (he also was not made aware of the time constraint I faced that day). He asked for a few more minutes, and finally the vacuum motor turned on. He then went to work, saying, "don't worry, I won't rush, I'll do a good job". Since I have no basis for comparison, I have no idea if he rushed or not. By that point, he did seem to be quite flustered, and I don't know if this affected his work or not. As he did his work, he also received 1-3 calls from Master Clean about other customers. Instead of saying, "I'm with a customer, can I call you back?", he proceeded to have 5-10 minute conversations with the dispatcher (or whomever) at the office each time, stopping his work. I definitely did not appreciate this waste of my time. I decided to have the air ducts cleaned because I had just had a new furance installed, and I have two cats, so I assumed the ducts would be in pretty bad shape. After he cleaned everything, I asked him what they looked like, and he said that they weren't bad at all. This made me wonder why I bothered to spend the money at all. I chose Master Clean because I've had them clean my carpets, and they've always done an excellent job. I was very unpleasantly surprised with the difference in this experience to my carpent cleaning experiences, so much so that I'm not sure if I'll use them for anything in the future.

They showed up on time. They did a remarkable job getting the stains out of the carpet. It was nice that it all came clean. We would use them again.

They do a great job. They are trained to up sell you on their products, maybe they are commission based but that's my only complaint. They are very professional about the way they handle themselves and are very honest. This was the second time we used them and we would use them in the future.

My interaction with them was good. They cleaned carpets in 4 bedrooms, a hallway, staircase, living room, dining room and family room. I liked that they took care with the project. They did a good job for a good price. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Consumer Beware !! Quote and punctuality were good but quality of work was poor. The edges showed no difference after cleaning. We were told by the 2 man crew that these would not come completely clean but there was absolutely no improvement. A closer inspection showed there was still dog hair and loose dirt all along the edges as if never touched. The cleaning left streaks in the light color carpets which we thought would change after a good vaccum but did not. We were quite surprised that the job took less than 40 mins to complete as every carpet in the house was scheduled for cleaning. We called to inquire about these issues and were told the streaks in the light color carpet was normal and we were the only ones that ever complained about them.......really ! The response to the dirt and hair around the edges was that their system really didn't pick up dog hair that well and we should have vaccumed it up before they cleaned and that their system did not pick up larger particles of dirt. As to the time it took for the job, that was also normal. The women we spoke to was polite and said they could come out and dampen the carpet and use a rake to get the streaks out but they would probably go away after several weeks. The point was to have this all done before we moved in.......we really did not want them back in our home. We have had our carpets cleaned at least 12 times over the years at different houses and this was by far the worst results we have experienced. We would recommend you use extreem caution before trusting your hard earned money to this company.

I have used this company for many years. They are well spoken over the phone and very personable. I set up a day, and ask if they would not call to confirm to early in the morning. As I requested they did not call until after 9:00 am. They confirmed the appointment and came on time. The two men ( rick and jermey) did a great job, moved chairs nicely and placed plastic under all wooded legged furniture. They also applied scotch guard protection ( great for this time of year( helps stop red wine stains)). The carpet looks great.

Master Clean showed up on time. They called when they were on their way with a estimated time of arrival. They were very professional and polite. They were very careful with our furniture and woodwork.The carpet looked great and had a nice fresh fragrance.Will be using this company in the future. Good job !!

We contracted with Master Clean to clean our air duct returns. When they gave us a quote, the quoter asked about the distance from our back driveway to the furnace. I indicated that I didn't know, but gave him a rough guestimate. The day of the scheduled cleaning, the cleaners showed up with their truck, took the measurements, and then said that they couldn't do a conventional cleaning (with the truck) because they didn't have enough hose and that the portable unit that they had probably wouldn't do a great job. I took time off work to get the quote and my wife took off work to meet the cleaners, in total about 3-4 hours of wasted time. In fairness, the cleaner was very polite and apologetic and provided advice on how we could clean our ducts ourselves (the quoter also gave us some air quality tips). We also appreciated the cleaner's honesty regarding the capabilities of the portable unit. However, it was an extremely frustrating situation that could have been almost completely avoided if the original quoter had indicated that his company could not handle the job.

Moved sofa and love seat and cleaned under them, then mounted on plastic foam blocks. Then cleaned carpet. Very good cleaning job

I called to make an appiontment for a free estimate. The gentleman on the phone was helpful and asked what day of the week and time of day I preferred. I had asked for a morning appointment on a Friday and was told that I would be called that morning for the exact timeframe. I was ok with that. The contractor called Friday morning around 9 and told me that he would be at my house between 1-3. I was a little upset with that considering I had asked for a morning appointment but was able to make it work. My husband was here when the contractor came and he said it took no time at all, the individual was very nice and extremely helpful to offer some troubleshooting advice. We were both pleased with the price and made an appiontment for the following Friday between 11-1. The team showed up at almost exactly 11 and it took them about 1.5 hours. they were fast, did good work and left little to no mess and did nothing less than what was expected but also did vaccuum out my furnace - which was not expected. All in all -good service, great price and quality work.

Called for an appointment on Sunday and were able to come out on Thursday morning when I wanted them to be here. Thanks, will use again.

Responsive-scheduled cleaning appt. with less than 24 hrs. notice (great for my busy schedule). Cleaners arrived on time, and responded positively to my request to add another room to the job (bedroom used as office). They were very polite & professional. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Master Clean was very professional and kept me informed at every step of the process from discussing services and pricing to completion of the job. They arrived on time, discussed the job with me and went to work. Both Rob and Jeremy were very courtious and did an outstanding job of not only cleaning all areas, but were able to get my carpets and furniture looking like new again. This was my first experience with this type of service and I feel Master Clean exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and will use their services again!

We initially chose Master Clean because of the high rating in Angie's List plus the 3 area cleaning promotion. The crew called in the morning a gave us a 2 hour appointment window which allowed us to work around their schedule. The crew arrived at the time they gave us and we went over the problem (dirty) areas with them. They moved some of the furniture around and cleaned pretty much all of the carpeting in about 30 minutes. They were able to clean a couple of spots that other companies couldn't get clean. They gave us foam and plastic footers for the furniture. They scotchguarded one area as part of the package plus we added an additional area. We thought they performed the work better than any company we've used before and their price was cheaper. We plan to use Master Clean in the future.

Terrific job! My husband had charcoal on his shoes and tracked it through the house. I thought the carpet was ruined. I was able to schedule an appointment within two days of my call. The technician was on time and very professional. The stains were removed and the carpet looked great when he finished. As he was loading the equipment back into the truck, I noticed a spot that was hard to see from certain angles because it is patterned carpet. I asked the technician to look at it, thinking he would tell me it was a stain that was not going to come out. Instead, he unloaded his equipment, came back in and worked with it until it was gone...AND he thanked me for pointing it out to him. I am now a loyal customer.

Awesome job! He brought new life to our very cheap, old carpet. The worker was so very nice and gave us advice on cleaning - especially with our multi-dog household! The price was great, too!
