I don't know. It was good. I just don't give out As really. It was quick. It dried quick.

They were terrific, absolutely terrific. We bought a house that would need completely new carpet, and when they came they said they could do all the intire house except for the one room. They could tell it could not be cleaned. I did not believed them it looked too bad. But when they got done with it it looked good as new and we had it cleaned every year. When we sold the house it looked like new carpet. It is really good. We had a house of 2600 square feet and they did the entire house for $300. I guess because we used them often. We did take care of it. But when we moved in I could not believed the carpet could be salvaged. I told my husband they were going to take out money and we would still have to buy carpet, but they did a really good job. They did an A all the way through. I just wish they were here. I would use them again if I could.

We use a coupon. We are always very happy. We always use them.

Went very well, called in advance, provided it to our window, arrived in a timely fashion. Employees were very professional than his professional did a great job in a timely fashion

Master Clean came to my home when I wasn't present, which was planned and approved, so no issues there. They left my home locked up as they were supposed to, which I appreciate. They also left a receipt for my records. And my carpets were cleaned very well. However, I rated a D for professionalism because my toilet was left unflushed and there was toilet paper crumpled up on my bath room floor.

They did an okay job. It didn't come out really clean. It was fairly inexpensive.

It went very well. The 2 guys who did the work were prompt, courteous, fast and efficient. I also appreciated the fact that they didn't try to upsell me on extra services once they got started. I will definitely hire Master Clean again.

Carpets were cleaned just fine, the issue is that in the process they damaged corners of two of my walls by pulling their hoses against them (for example to pull them out of the basement, etc). I had pictures of the damage,presented this to the owner (Mr. Kessler) who immediately rejected my concerns. There was no discussion of even acknowledging that something like this maybe possible. His position was that such thing is not possible, that it were movers in the home (the house was empty when they did the cleaning), that his hoses cannot possibly do this (he fails to appreciate what pulling a ribbed hose across a wall corner can do). Any constructive discussion was impossible as he fiercely defended this position and appeared to take my concern (that was had to disprove given the pictures) very personally. I feel for this company customer concerns are not important. Customer is unable to bring up and resolve their concerns. Professionalism is low. This is unfortunate.

Scheduling was easy and they stuck to the appointment. They were quick and I am happy with their service.

They were able to book a day that worked for me. I requested the morning, and they showed up at 9am when I was given a 9-11am window, so very punctual. They finished both large rooms in 30 minutes. Donnie was very professional and efficient. The carpet doesn't seem soaked and I have a pleasant "clean" smell in the house. I look forward to using them again in the future.

We have used them off and on for many years. They were always very friendly and helpful and anything I mentioned that needed specific attention, they took care of it.

Service was very good. easy to deal with. The tech that came out was very professional, very thorough, walked thru the house with me and he took care of the problem area. We will definitely use them again.

We have a very big house. The carpets always look great when they're done. Their professionalism is top notch. They are very polite and very accommodating.

Technician wasn't very good at planning the flow of the work to be done. I pointed out an area that I wanted him to go over again but he said it wouldn't make a difference and didn't do it.

I am not one to write reviews, but I am absolutely fed up and hope that writing this piece will prevent this same thing from happening to others. This is the paragon of unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment with Dusty, the head flooring specialist, to redo our entire ground floor rooms. We were unable to keep our first schedule and gave 4 day's notice that this was the case. Subsequent to this, we rescheduled to have Dusty and his team arrive today between 8:30-9 AM. 9 o'clock rolls around, and no Dusty, so we gave him a call. Not only did he tell us after WE called HIM that he wasn't arriving today at all, but did not attempt to apologize for this impromptu change of plans. He then told us that the earliest he could do was Monday, leaving us with 5 days with no furniture as all things had to be moved off of the wood floors, and our entire house is hardwood flooring. After calling the company and explaining to them the situation, we were told that there was essentially nothing they could do as he was the only flooring guy on the staff. We took time off work to make sure we would be around and even got a hotel room to make sure the floors would dry properly before we moved furniture back in. Inconvenience such as this warrants compensation or at least a legitimate apology. We will NEVER try to contract this company out again. Thanks, Master Clean, for saving us $1500-2500.

The cat had gone into the living room and the smell was very bad. They where here for ?very short time. They did not move any furniture. They did not even lift up the carpet. The smell still remained.

It went well and I am pleased with the result. The carpet dried within six hours.
