Went very well. They called to give the time that they would arrive and they came on time. They did the carpet cleaning, including some stains. The carpet looked great when they finished.

They were courteous and prompt. They damaged a table, but once I reported that to Angie's List, they were called back, were very concerned, and they fixed the table within a few minutes, and I would recommend them.

There is usually a coupon and I only need a couple of rooms done. They seem to do a good job, they seem professional, and they are on time. I will say, though, that they are busy at times and one year it took me six weeks to get on the schedule.

Prompt, courteous service. Excellent work and done in a timely manner.

The Master Clean representative was on time, very professional, courteous, and communicated fine with me. Unfortunately, when the job was done, my furniture still had a number of stains / dirt still remaining. I understand that some stains simply would never come out (which I accept); however, the overall look of the items was still dirty. We had a different company come out a year ago to clean the same furniture, and they spent a lot longer cleaning the items. The result was very clean furniture. I am not sure if they used a better cleaning system, solution, or just spent more time / effort. Sorry Master Clean, but I will have to go elsewhere next time.

We have used this company before, but this was the first time as an Angie's List member. The company does a great job. Our carpets look beautiful when they are done.

Everything went off like clockwork.

The only thing I didn't like was the scheduler called in the morning between 7 & 8 am to tell us the crew would be there between 1 & 2 pm. I appreciate the scheduling notice, just not that I had to get up early on a Saturday to take the call. :) Everything else was great.

It's different guys but the same service. They are reliable, always on time, clean up nice and they leave it in good shape.

Everything turned out great with this company. I cant think of any complaints with this company at all. I would use them again.

Had coupon to have 2 rooms cleaned, made it a great deal. 2 man crew, they moved all of the furniture in the family room and moved toys around in our play room. They place pads under everything after the carpet is cleaned so the furniture's not directly on the carpet while it's still damp.

We really like them. The carpets are beautiful. They did a great job. The guy who came out was really professional and he did a really good job. I actually considered doing some more services on the carpet and he thought they were great. He was not throwing additional services at me which was not needed. He was very honest and we have used him in the past. He is outstanding.

I have used them several times in the past. They are good. I spent $160 for seven areas. Their price is good. I would continue to use them in the future.

Showed up during the allotted time. Professional. Reviewed with me the pricing and all areas to be covered prior to starting. Cleaned up after themselves very well. Most of all what pleased me is they were able to get out stains that other cleaners haven't been able to remove. And, my carpet was not sopping when done. It's been less than 24 hours and it's practically dry. I've used "other" companies (highly rated I might add) from Angies list that left my carpets WET and said that was "NORMAL". Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

They were efficient, friendly, and affordable. The cat pee deodorizing wore off after a day (though they noted that they don't guarantee that product).

Arrived within time frame and was done in timely manner. Did a good job on the spots on the carpet and cleaned a chair also.

The Master Clean representative was on time, did the cleaning quickly and efficiently. He pointed out a spot that would not come up. He move a few very light items to reach all areas and put some items up on foam blocks or plastic to protect them. The carpets looked great. We will use Master Clean again.

They were fine, and I chose them because they were highly rated. I would rate them highly myself and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They arrived within the 2-hour window of the appointment and quickly completed the work.

They were very cordial and did what they were asked to do.

They were in and out took about 15 minutes. Just left water on my kitchen floor didnt wear covers on their shoes doing the work

I was pleased that MasterClean gave us a two-hour window for when the cleaners might arrive; I only wish that the window-notification could be earlier than the morning of the appointment.

Very Happy, The price was right, they showed up on time, did the work quickly and the carpet looked great when they were finished
