I left an e-mail request on Saturday and got a respose from Joe later that day and was able to schedule our cleaning for Monday morning. They called Monday at 7am and gave us an appointment for 9am. John and helper arrived on time and confirmed the estimate at $99. plus tax. They worked very quickly and cleaned all the designated areas including one very bad spot. They were finished in about 1 1/2 hours and it looked great. John gave us some ideas on do's and don'ts and how to accelerate drying. With the use of fans some areas were dry to the touch in 2 hours. I would definitely use them again.

They did a fine job. They were nice and did not try to sell me stuff. The work turned out fine. Their price was fine. They were okay; there wasn't anything exceptional. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

o o Master Clean helped me out with a problem right before Christmas. My dog become sick overnight in my bedroom. When I awoke the next morning, the carpet was soiled in many places. I was unsuccessful in trying to clean the carpet myself. I called Master Clean and explained my problem. They were able to come the next day and did a great job cleaning the carpet. You cannot even tell where the carpet was soiled! The 2 men who cleaned the carpet were professional in their manner and worked quickly. I was impressed with their work and with the company in general. I will definitely use this company again.

I would say they are professional and they did a very good job trying to get up some isolated stained areas and they were quick and efficient.

They have always done a really good job. They never try to upsell you with extra services and products. They are very polite and responsible young men. They are always very prompt. They give you excellent service at a very reasonable price. They also do a great job of repairing the carpets if you have an extra piece. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Spoke with a courteous person to schedule appt. Bryan & John F. arrived on time & were friendly & professional. They did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. They also worked hard to get our pet stains out. Very nice company to work with!

These guys were great from start to finish. I got an appointment right away, they called to give me a 2 hour window, showed up when expected and did a terrific job. They were quick but thorough. I was afraid they wouldn't be able to get the black marks out of my light carpet where the recliner sat, but when they were done it looked brand new. I have a colorful wool rug on top of the carpet in one area and they offered to lightly go over it. It looked great when they were done and it dried quickly. I liked that the guys were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone- good price, good service!

They were very efficient, there were two of them and they were very organized and did a great job. The two employees were very nice to work with.

Courteous service on initial phone contact, Charles and his assistant were on time as agreed upon. The professional manner in completing the job and insuring that we were satisfied with their results made for a very positive experience. This was our second time using this company and will continue to use them.

It went very well. Bryan and Tim arrived on time and were polite and professional during the whole cleaning. We had some high traffic areas that were pretty dirty. They were able to bring those areas so they looked like they did when the carpet was first installed.

Tom and Dave were professional and pleasant to work with. We had multiple stains on the carpet and it looked like new when they were finished.

I called on Tues to schedule the carpet cleaning and was pleasantly surprised that someone could come Thursday! Got a call in the early morning to tell me someone would be out between 11am and 1pm. Jason K arrived at 11:10am and did an excellent job! Very professional yet personable. Very thorough and conscientious. He got all the doggie stains out and the carpeting looks wonderful. Couldn't be more pleased! Highly recommend! Also pleased with cost and 10% Angie's List member discount.

It went well. The workers were friendly, arrived on time, and did a good job.

Damon the technician did a fantastic job, looked better than when i moved in . Very please with the work and price will use them again. Only small complaint was that there was a candle topper broke, no big deal would have liked him tho tell my son who was present, or write it on the invoice. But as i said would use company again.

I haven't had my carpets professionally cleaned in a long time and it was well overdue. I called Master Clean last week to schedule an appointment, and was impressed when I was able to schedule within a few days of calling. The technicians just left and I am very pleased with their service. I received a confirmation call this morning during the specified time frame and the technicians showed up during the two-hour arrival window and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Sadly they were unable to get all of the stains from where my dog's crate sits in our bedroom out of the carpet. They even got a stain out of my great room carpeting that I'd previously been told 'would not come out of the carpet'. Thanks to Angie's List I got a great discount and will definitely use Master Clean again.

They were professional from the get go. The two workers were extremely professional & polite during the 25 minute process. One of the workers held the hose so it would not scratch my floors & walls. They were in & out.

I've used Master Clean for years. My most recent experience was just like all of the others. They arrived at the stated time and performed the work in a swift, thorough, professional manner.

The technicians showed up on time and were ready to go. They cleaned all the carpets in our home completely, they look almost new again. Protectors were put down under all of our furniture. The invoice was exactly what we expected.

Dave and Mike arrived on time and were very professional. The work they did was quite thorough and carefully done and they even invited me to survey the carpets they had completed to make sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction. The carpets look outstanding. On a side note, one of them inadvertently broke a vase while moving a hose. He was very apologetic and within an hour after their departure, Jim called me from their office to arrange compensation. In all, it was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to contract with them again.
