The young man, Chris, was very pleasant and very knowledgable about what to do and not to do to carpets which was very helpful.

John and Damon arrived on time and quickly and professionally cleaned my carpet. I showed them stains that had been in one room for years (through several other professional cleanings). Everything else was "normal" dirt level. I was stunned that they were able to get the stains out. That 12 year old carpet now looks brand new. The 3 year old carpet in the other rooms looks brand new as well. I can't get over that they were able to remove all traces of stains. And they were nice and friendly. I saved 10% with my Angie's List discount. Felt like I got a great value for my money. So happy. I will never use another carpet cleaning company again. I am so impressed by their level of service (from initial call to completed job).

I had almost given up hope that my carpets would ever look clean again (having two large dogs). The last company I used didn't seem to get it quite clean (2 times), which is why I decided to search for someone new. Masterclean was very punctual, very efficient and got my carpets cleaner than they had been in quite a long time! I cannot recommend them enough and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I think I told all of this above. I have used Master Clean for 15 years. They have ALWAYS been courteous, on time, and have done a wonerful job.

They did great. I would only suggest that they pre-treat before cleaning tough stains. Some stains reappeared. I asked them to come out to pre-treat, they did so, as well as cleaning an additional area for no charge. I thought this additional area would not clean up, I was planning to replace. This saved me $$$'s.

The original day that they came to clean our installers for the wood floors weren't finished. "No problem we'll work you in tomorrow", and they did! I tried to have everything done before Dec. 9th as I had a surprise birthday party thrown into the batch. Everyone came through and in time! Thanks for such hard working and dedicated people that make it on Angie's list! Just knowing "where to go" to find the BEST is beyond words. MASTER CLEAN is an awesome company, I look forward to many years of service to my home by them!

Master Clean called when they were on their way that morning.Arrived on time. They were very professional and polite. They did a great job. The carpets looked clean and smelled wonderful. Had good recommendations with products to use in between the professional cleanings. Will be using them in the future.

I wasn't really thrilled but they did the job. Our carpets were pretty clean anyway but we had a little spot that didn't come out. I wasn't really wowed by them. They were okay but I was hoping to get a little deeper clean so I probably wouldn't use them again.

I found this company on Angie's List and they did just fine.

They are top notch. They are awesome. I think I spent somewhere in between $160 and $200 on their services. They did everything and it was great. The quality of their service was awesome. They are professional and very friendly. It was just great. They were a great company all around. I will use their services again in the future. In fact I’m getting ready to call them.

They are very nice to work with. They are very prompt and professional. They call and let you know exactly when they will be there.

The cleaning was very thorough -- they even cleaned inside the closets! I also really liked that they used non-toxic cleaning solution. There was a nice light citrus scent throughout the house after they were done. Job well done!

There was a coupon on their website for 4 areas of carpet cleaning and one free area of protectorate. Jason and Josh came out within the specified appointment window, cleaned all 4 areas and applied the protectorate to all 4 areas. One area was free, the other three we paid extra. They did give us $10 off since there was not much furniture for them to move. We've used them before and we will use them in the future.

I did not get to see how the carpet looked but I heard it was good and I would use them again if I was local. They were very responsive.

The carpet looks just beautiful. The price was like everybody else's. They were good because there was a little spot that didn't come out well and they were just about ready to leave. I noticed it. They undid themselves and brought themselves back in to work on that spot. They think they were punctual. They were a little late but they called and said one house was running behind.

Our carpet has been through 5 kids, three dogs, and a cat. The carpet has seen its share of holiday dinners, muddy shoes, spilled plates of food, and tracked in elements from the kids and service repairmen. The carpet is over 15 years old, so we were thinking of replacing it this year, but it was so close to the holidays, we opted for getting it cleaned instead. I tried two other carpet cleaning companies, but neither of them would be able to do the job before Christmas. That's when I called MasterClean. What a joy! Setting up the appointment was really easy. The company called me the day before the appointment date to let me know the two hour window of arrival. It was set between 1:30 and 3:30 pm, and Charles J. and Tim B. showed up promptly at 1:30 pm. They went right to work on the living room and dining room carpets. They explained how to follow up to make sure the carpet would dry properly and placed coasters under furniture legs so the carpet nor the wood would be damaged. Who knew cool air dries carpet faster than warm air?! The carpet had some stains that we really thought would never come out, but they did! It looks almost new, even the high traffic areas. What a wonderful difference a clean carpet makes to a room. I'll definitely use them again for carpet cleaning and some of their other services now that I know how great they are!
