In addition, when I needed a copy of my receipt 4 months later, the lady on the phone was polite and mailed it to me immediately. Highly recommended!

I was able to have a technician come to the house within a week of my initial phone call. The technician, Eric, was very professional and knowledgeable. Someone from the office called our home the morning of the service to confirm the appointment, and then Eric called to let me know that he would be coming over a little earlier than orginally scheduled. He was very polite, friendly, and neat while doing the job. He made the carpets look like new and saved me from having to replace them. I was particularly pleased with two traffic areas that looked worn and dirty, and now they look great. I will definitely use this company again in the future. I felt their price was extremely reasonable considering the amount of time spent.
