I saw their name in Angie's List magazine and called them based on that. I didn't have to wait for an appointment. They arrived on time and did a good job with the cleaning.

Master Clean was able to get most of it clean. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied.

They're good. The price was good. The quality, responsiveness, and professionalism was great. I would use them again in the future.

I used a coupon for carpet and duct cleaning with Master Clean. I have a 5500 sq ft house, two floors. I do have some concrete and tile in my home. They did the duct work first and then the carpet. They did a very good job. They were very prompt and came when they said they would. They took care of my furniture and would pick it up and move it. They had a plan, I work from home and they completed the operation so I would not have to be inconvenienced.

They really did a great job and I would have to give them a lot of credit for that. The charged me around $60 which was good given the condition of the sofa. They were neat and clean since they had moved the sofa away from the curtain when they were doing the work and kept it back in the same pace when they were done. They were very courteous and they were on time actually three minutes earlier which was important to me since I had to go work. They were very professional and responsive as they had an answer to every question I had. They did not hesitate since they knew what they were doing and I would definitely use them again in the future.

They did a good job! They quickly did the work, were efficient, and did exactly what I needed them to do. My family room carpet was horrendous and they did a good job cleaning that! He also pointed out some stains that were he unable to clean, and I appreciated his honesty. It definitely improved the rugs, however.

Everything went well. We like them a lot. The quality of work was great work.

The men were very professional and polite. Asked about any specific needs first (stains that needed to be addressed, etc.). Walked them through the house and they started. Were efficient and did a great job. Carpets look fantastic. They were not overwet. Dried in about 5 hours, just as they said, with ceiling fans left on and windows open.

The overall job was great. We would continue to use them in the future.

We recently purchased a home, and we were disgusted with the dirt and cat hair seemingly embedded in our carpets. We contact Master Clean a week ago, and we were able to get service today. We received a response almost immediately after contacting them. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and professional. They were accommodating with our crazy work schedule, and got us in quickly.On the day of the actual cleaning, the crew arrived promptly. We received a courtesy call about an hour out to let us know when they would be arriving. We did a walk-through of the house initially, and he pointed out any potential problem spots (permanent stains left by the previous owner). He was done quickly, with an entire home complete in under an hour. Everything looks absolutely beautiful. And the stains? Gone :)

The guys arrived on time. They were friendly and efficient. They moved furniture and cleaned under. They gave directions to help ensure the carpet would dry quickly.

They were on time, They did not charge more than the advertised price to add the dryer vent to the services performed. They were polite. I had never had my vents cleaned before so I was not sure what to expect. The person sealing the outlets was careless putting the magnetic strips over our vents. Not all the magnetic strips were the correct isze. Consequently, dust was blown around the house. I was able to vaccuum it up so no damage was done but with a little more care, it would have been a less messy process. The cleaning did work and our heating was more efficient this fall. We have had to dust less often. If I decide to use them again, I will supervise the sealing of the vents & insist that there is a good seal on each one.

The serviice engineer was incredibly polite and friendly. Talk me through everything he was planning to do, helped me understand the pricing and set the expectations of what the results were going be. He offered to move furniture, within reason, which I was surprised at, as previous carpet cleaners have I have used refused to do this. The results ..... Clean carpets and shiny tiles.

The entire process went very well. I called to have an estimate and someone was able to come to my house within a couple days of my calling. The quote was well below some of the other companies I had contacted. When I was ready to schedule, I was able to have the service done quickly. The tech arrived around 8:30 am and was finished by 11am. The truck they use to transport the equipment is used specifically for air duct cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the noise level. It was not nearly as noisy as I thought it would be. The tech was very professional and friendly. A few days later, I needed to turn on our heat and was happy there wasn't dust being recycled through my house. Our house is not dusty like it had been and our air smells cleaner. I would definitely use Master Clean if I needed the air ducts cleaned again.

They are great. I won't use anybody else. They do a great job. They give you pointers. They tell you what you can and can't clean your carpets with. They give a lot of good advice.

WOW....not only do they do a great job on capet cleaning, but they also did a great job on cleaning all our vents (including dryer) We have had them clean our carpet ever since we moved here 14 years ago. I did not know they did vents until I was talking to the carpet tech and was telling him that the company we hire last year did not do a good job and it was a scam. (They are no longer in business) Greg and Shane (vent techs) were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would of never known they were even here. What great guys. They were here about 4 1/2 hours (we have two furnances and a lot of vents) A job well done!!! I will call them again when it comes time for them to be cleaned again. Great company, great people. They did a good job. They had to follow up on something that came through the carpet after it dried. They came out and took care of that issue. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I was not impressed with them. They did an adequate job but I have used other carpet cleaners that could get out dog spots, fecal matter and vomit. For what ever reason they could not get the fresh spot out. That one spot was the only problem. They explained why. They only use super hot water instead of chemicals. They are environmentally friendly. The price was out of there value pack. It was the first time I have had a whole house cleaned. I used to live in an apartment. He was very professional. I would not use them again.

My son got sick on the carpet in his bedroom during the night, but did not tell us until the next morning - yuk! It was beyond home cleaning, so I called Master Clean and they got someone out by mid-day. I was charged the current 2-room special rate and nothing for same-day service. The stain and stink was completely removed. Yeah! They also cleaned another bedroom and got out a stain there as well. I've used them before and always had good, prompt service. The service people have all been very professional.

They were on time and did a great job. Things looked great long after they were done. I would definitely recommend them to others.
