They had good reviews on Angie's List when I looked them up so I decided to go with them. They did a great job and we were very happy with them.

Excellent service! I've used other companies in the past to clean my carpets but this was amazing. It looks like we have new carpet! The gentleman who came out was prompt, curteous, friendly and just an overall nice person. We will never call another company after using Master Clean!

Fair price. Very professional technican. Newer equipment used. Went very well overall. The technican took the time to be careful in my home and explained the entire process in detail. Very friendly. Only one spot did not come out in child's room, however may have been missed. Not a big deal at all. Very happy overall with the results and will use again.

I would recommend them to others. I would use them again just not for hardwood floor cleaning.

The 2 men arrived right on time and were very polite. They moved appropriate furniture and replaced the furniture when they were finished. The carpets looked good after they were finished, you couldn't see traffic patterns any more. However, I don't feel that the carpets were cleaned extremely well. But for the price, I would probably consider using them again, maybe every couple of years just to bring some life back in to the carpet.

It went well. They were efficient. They moved all of the furniture. There were a few spots they couldn't remove, but they told me ahead of time that they wouldn't be able to. I wanted to clean the upholstery, but when they came for the assessment they told me the material wouldn't be able to be cleaned. They saved me money by telling me this instead of cleaning the upholstery.

Bryan and Kori did a super job. They were very courteous, professional and efficient. The carpets and the furniture were cleaned very well. I've had some bad experiences with carpet cleaning; this was probably the best experience that you could possibly have. Will definitely use this company again and again.

This was a good price for the size of the job. The company was punctual. The regular carpet service was OK, but the tech said he was able to remove a spot in the bedroom carpet that subsequent examination showed was not removed.

They were really professional. I like the fact that they don't give estimates on the phone. We were given estimate and they applied the discounts they have without any hassle. They came right on time to do the work and did a good job. Will use them again in the future. Highly recommend.

Master Clean has always done a nice job for us. We have used other carpet cleaners in the past (i.e., from coupons/discounts received in ValPack or equivalent) and have been disappointed in their service - running over the carpets as quickly as possible to get done with the project, rather than taking their time to do a quality job. With Master Clean, we have always been pleased, and now we use only them, twice each year.

They are punctual and efficient. They do an excellent job. They have reasonable pricing as well.

Everything went as I wanted it to go from start to finish. They called and arrived a little early. They were respectful. The job was so well done that we were pleasantly surprised.

Our nephew stayed in our basement for 1.5 years while attending culinary school. Apparently, students of culinary school who work at a chain restaurant don't know how to take their shoes off when returning home from school/work. After 1.5 years of "abuse," replacing the carpet was high on the priority list. I went on Angie's List and found MasterClean. I contacted them, got almost immediate response, and was PLEASED with the results. I'm definitely a MasterClean customer from here on.

Great customer service and great cleaning service. Make sure to have most things picked up from the floor - it just makes the process go faster and easier. They also put plastic pieces under the furniture to protect the furniture and carpet. They pay attention to details.

They couldn't get me in with their schedule because they did a full deploy. They tried to give me small alternatives. I would consider using Master Clean Inc in the future. I would had use them because their prices were cheap. I could had used them as my third option.

They arrived on time, and then did the carpet cleaning. I had to go back to work and when I came home I was SO PLEASED. First of all they were extremely professional and polite. And their work was superb. Plus they found my lost earring which I had looked for all over the downstairs. There it was sitting on the arm of my very very cleaned and pretty couch. These guys were terrific. Thank you Angie and MasterClean!!!

They did a great job and were very friendly. They were not really on time so my only complaint would be that I need a smaller time window and need them to be on time.

They did what they said they were going to do, and charged what they promised. I did notice an improvement in air quality.

They seem to have the most effective process in terms of their cleaning fluid which dries quickly and gets rids of most of the stains. They have helped save me from over thousands of dollars over ten years of being a landlord. I have not had to change carpets which were stained when they started but were acceptable when they were done. I would use them again in the future.

It went great. Don't get in their way - just let them do their job. They are professionals and know what they are doing. Do confim you appointment a day or so before. When I called to confirm, they did not show I had an appointment so that was disappointing but since I called a day before they were able to re-schedule the clean for me. Had I not called I would have been waiting for no reason and would have been in a real bind because we were moving out and needed to get the carpets cleaned on that date.
