Two men showed up on time. The price quoted was the price charged. We'd moved most of the furniture out of the room. They put the remainder up on styrofoam pads so they wouldn't be on carpet. We personable and job done to total satisfaction.

They had a coupon which they honored without taking - so I can use it again. They had cleaned my carpets a few weeks earlier and suggested I call them for my air duct cleaning. When I did, they immediately scheduled an estimate call, which was right-on - time, price. The guy that did the estimate scheduled the actual visit. Larry came out, on time, cleaned out the ducts and the dryer vent, was neat, cleaned up after himself, it was an absolute pleasure. I will definitely call on MasterClean again.

Ryan and Charles showed up on time, were professional and thorough. The carpets looked great and I will definitely use Master Clean again.

They did a great job with the carpeting. It almost looked brand new when they were finished. I used a coupon, so they were a better value than another cleaning company. Very professional and nice to deal vwith.

Appointment made a convenient time. Work was done quickly yet thoroughly. This 8 year old carpet looks great. Very pleased with the job and will continue to use Master Clean.

Overall experience was great. The carpets took about 2 days to dry as opposed to the 12 hrs I was told. However, I would use them again!

We had every room in our house containing carpet, cleaned by Master Clean. We have light colored carpet throughout the house, including two staircases. It had been a couple of years since the last carpet cleaning. We have two small children and a black Lab. To say the least, we were in need of some help! With the exception of a few very small spots, which were shown to us by the professional after he completed the job, Master Clean restored our carpets to near perfection. I was shocked and pleased by the level of professionalism and attention to detail that was given to the task at hand. The only bump in the road was timing. I was told the job would start at 6:30 pm. They called and confirmed the same day. However, the technician did not arrive until 8 pm. Made for a late night. Again, quality of service and work surpassed the time inconvenience. I would highly recommend this company.

Great. Offed ideas and suggestions

It was a mixed experience. They did a very, very good job on the cleaning & I was satisfied with the deodorizing. However, I wasn't going to be home when they showed up, so I called in advance asking how much it would be so I could leave enough money for the person who came out. I'd been given a quote of $110, plus tax. The people who came out told the person who was at the house a different dollar amount - about $128. I called the company the next day & eventually talked to Gena. She took care of the problem quickly. She talked to the owner & the people who did the work. Apparently there was a problem with the worker. They asked how I wanted my refund & I said I'd use them again so I got it in the form of the coupon. In the end I was very satisfied.

I would recommend them to others who are looking for such services. Our overall experience with them was excellent. One of the guys who came out to clean the carpet did cause a chip on the diamond table, and somebody else from their company came out to fix it.

They are prompt, and clean and deodorize well. They are friendly, courteous, and dependable.

The technician arrived on time. He measured the couches and provided me with a cost. He cleaned the upholstery first (a sectional couch and a love seat). He moved all of the furniture and cleaned the rugs.

The price was reasonable and we were very happy with them. It was all good. We liked them better than who we had been using.

I am very happy with the job performed by Bryan and Will. The arrived on time, were extremely courteous, and worked very efficiently. They moved all of the furniture I asked them to and took time to ask me about areas that required special attention due to pet stains and high traffic. They were able to remove almost all stains I was aware of, except one or two particularly difficult pet stains. But they did at least lighten those stains and removed all odor. I will be using them again without a doubt. I had one other company do the same cleaning previously, and Master Clean did a superior job in comparison.

The men were very professional and efficient. The company called first thing in the morning to confirm a two-hour window of time when the men would show up. They called again later in the day as they worked through their schedule to say they could arrive earlier than anticipated. We were able to move the schedule up about a half hour. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Carpet looks great now and no lingering smell from any cleaning solution. They also went a step further and offered to move a small television from the family room to my car so I didn't have to lift it myself. The company takes credit cards, which makes the entire transaction very convenient. I will use this company again.

They arrived on time and worked quickly. I have only a couple minor complaints: The technicians brought the hose that runs from the truck through the front door. Apparently, the hose was pulled into the landscaping next to the front walkway and damaged some of the lower branches of a corner shrub. Also, the workers left the wood floor in the foyer pretty wet (from the hose) and dirty. I was surprised that the technicians didn't wear those little booties over their shoes.

I didn't care for the industrial orange smell, but other than that it was fine. But the price of Master Clean Inc is great. The service was also good. The guy was very professional and worked hard.

Process was very simple. Company has many appointments times, so they had a crew available on my schedule. Price was fair and work was done well.
