I was very pleased with how the cleaner was able to remove coffee stains and high traffic area dirt. I call Master Clean once a year to clean my carpets. I am always pleased with the results.

They do great work. They were really polite and courteous.

The landing and stairs were very soiled and stained. They got all of the stains out and the carpets looked new again. I would use them again.

The company was very responsive and punctual. The job was performed as described, but I was disappointed that a couple of pieces of furniture were not moved and the carpets behind and under those pieces was not cleaned. The sofa looks good. I do not think I will use them again in the future. I feel they rushed through as the one employee was only here for maybe 30-45 minutes. The living room, dining room, stairs, hallway and sofa were cleaned.

Except for the price, I would give them an A rating. Charging what they did for the two staircases has to lower their overall rating to B+ or A-

They did an excellent job on all the carpets and the chair. They were on time and very professional in performing the services. Very happy and will use them again.

Called them on that Wednesday and they showed up on Friday. In and out in about an hour.

Seth L did a good job. He was pleasant and professional. I ask him to be careful about getting water on my hardwood floors. He made sure he cleaned up any water that got on floor. Did a great job cleaning. He explained on one chair a small spot would not come out.. I told him this is not a problem due to chair was used by my late mother in a nursing home and the spot could be something that just won't come out. Overall he a great job.

Service was competitively priced and results met expectations. Would use again and recommend.

The cleaning crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were thorough, conscientious, and professional. I've had other companies clean around my furniture. This crew moved the furniture, cleaned underneath and put everything back where it was.

Very professional and good job. Company was very responsive about a small issue with the carpet buckling I one area. Thiis is the second time I used them and both times a good job. I will use them again.

They were prompt and pretty efficient. There was not anything that I disliked. They did what they said they were going to do.

I am unable to share the details currently. I posted them originally and promptly received a letter from the company's attorney stating they would sue me for libel if I did not remove the post. I am unable to remove it, and due to the fact that I am battling cancer and recently became a widow, I just don't have the energy to fight so I have removed my statement.

We had 7 areas steam cleaned. They charge per area and the young man gave me a deal for deodorizing each of the areas. He was a gentleman and very professional. The house was ready for him to just come in and clean the carpets without much moving of furniture. I hope that the carpets stay cleaner longer than some of the other companies I've used in the past. Many times they look good only for a few weeks and then they seem to all of a sudden just attract the dirt. Time will tell. For their overall services provided, I give them an "A".

The 2 technicians called ahead with the time they would be arriving. They arrived on time. They cleaned the bedroom the stairway and the living room and dining room. They did an excellent job, working on the hard to clean spots until the entire area looked like new. They were very polite and answered any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend their service

Overall, it was a good experience. They were punctual, came out the same day and were friendly. The only complaint I have is that they left soap residue on my carpet and the oils in the soap darkened the carpet within a week. I had to have another company come out to fix their mistake.

The service provided were excellent. We closed on our new home the day before, and were very excited when all the old owner's pet stains came out of the light colored basement carpets. We wer eeven given tips on how to treat stains in the furture! Job well done!
