I scheduled an appointment with Master Clean over the phone and they provided a quote for service. On the day of my appointment, they called first thing in the morning (as promised) to provide the window of time for arrival. The technician arrived on time and we walked through the house to view the areas to be cleaned. He was informative about the process he was going to use, thorough in the services he provided, and courteous. On several occasions he would ask if I had any questions and requested that I look at rooms as he completed them to make sure they were satisfactory. When he was done, he explained the best ways to help speed up the drying process and again asked if everything looked ok. The final bill was in accordance with the quote. Great service.

Had seen their work when I worked at Reynoldsburg Library. Thought they diid a good job. Told the cleaner that my carpet was dirtier than I usuall let it get. Thought he would pre spray areas but he did not. Even asked him if he did'[t think that was a good idea but he thought it wasn't necessary. Looked good when he left. But it has gotten so soiled again so quicklyI am disappointed with the job. He mentioned not to use soap on the carpet but the resoiling seems just like that though he said they used a special solution.

We just bought a house and wanted to get our carpets cleaned before we moved in. The house was mostly empty, so it was a fairly easy job. They were on time and friendly and provided information about the type and quality of our carpet. We were very satisfied with their work and would call them again.

John and Demetrius did a great job. It took the less than 1 hour to do the living room, bedroom, hall, and stairs. The carpets look wonderful. They even tried to get some difficult stains out of some dining room chairs. I would definitly use them again.

Master Clean's rates are very good. The telephone salesperson was excellent and was able to meet my requesting cleaning date. The technician was very professional. He even moved an antique floor lamp so as not to get any accidental spray on it. I showed him a high traffic area that I could not get clean and the last professional cleaner could not get clean. He GOT IT CLEAN! He showed me each area as it was completed to see if it met my expectations. I was thrilled! the work was done on time in a reasonable length of time. I would not hesitate to call Master Clean again.

I would recommend the steam cleaning over any other cleaning as it does not leave a residue behind when they are finished. I have used other types of cleaning before and I find this to be the bes

Over all, great experience! They even got the spots out of the family room carpet that other carpet cleaners were not able to do.

We had Tom R. come out and clean our carpets. He was very professional and did a wonderful job on our carpet. He took his time and did excellent work. We will ask for him again next time.

Damon was very tidy, very knowledgeable, and arrived on time. He was also very professional and arrived in uniform to greet me before starting the work. Furthermore, he was very strong, and he was able to move heavy furniture without assistance. He did a wonderful job, and we are very happy with the outcome of his work.

He was very nice, did not charge for a house call since he could not repair the rug.

It has been over two years since we have had the carpets cleaned. With guests coming next week, we really needed to get the high-traffic areas done. They were able to come out with in two days. They called early to confirm the time window, and arrived as scheduled. The two guys were very professional and friendly, and did a wonderful job of getting up the spots on our light carpet, including the worst areas under the dining room table with dirt ground in by the wheel on the chairs. We were very happy with the results and the quick turnaround, and the price was great with the Angie's list coupon and a special "Extra Room" discount.

Bryant and John showed up on time and was very professional. They assessed the job, asked pertinent questions about the carpet, discussed the benefits of scotchguard, movement of furniture etc. Bryant and John moved the furniture so they could get to the heavy soiled areas. They worked quickly, smart and was very proficient. They used hot steam clean and did an outstanding, outstanding job. There were heavily soiled areas that they cleaned that now looks like new carpet. The steps were so heavily soiled I did not know whether they would come clean. The steps now look like new carpet when they finished. I was so pleased with their performance that I had them clean additional items that was not on the original order. When they finished they exceeded my expectation and I will certainly use Master clean again and again and request Bryant and John. .

My wife made the appointment for carpet cleaning and Master Clean showed up on time. They worked hard and attempted to meet her every request, even those that were a little outside the scope of their job. They also honored their Angie's List special pricing. I didn't get their names but she was very happy with their work and that's saying something.

They came when scheduled. Service personnel were courteous and professional. They did the work promptly. There were a few spots that didn't clean well - not sure if another company would have gotten them out. Overall, I was satisfied with the work and overall experience.
