Bryan & Kevin arrived on time and went right to work. They did a good job and were very professional.They were friendly and courteous and a pleasure to have in her home. I have used them before and recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.

I had all the carpet cleaned several weeks ago by this excellent company. They did a great job then and also today when I needed them back to do one area. The company is very responsive. This is rare, but I needed them immediately today and they came within 2 hours after I called. Now that's great service! The employees are very nice , professional and polite and there are always coupons available.

The were on time courteous and very friendly. My carpets have been extremely lived in with 4 teenagers and a dog and they got them extremely clean. I have used several other carpet cleaners and they by far have done the best job. I will definitely use them again.

Demetrius and Seth were the service technicians that performed the job. They did an excellant job cleaning my carpet, presented themselves very professionally, and answered all my questions. Master Clean's scheduling process and arrival was performed without flaw. The only thing that didn't go well was when I tried to provide them feedback on the service provided. The program kicked me out with some kind of error when I tried to send the review after filling it out. Very minor compared to everything else.

Had carpets cleaned through whole house. John was punctual, professional and did a great job! The carpets look brand new and he was even able to get out stains other companies failed with. I had a coupon and I thought the price was good, considering we we had the whole house cleaned and the stairs and hall scotch guarded. Our family room is over-sized and should have had extra cost. But since our den is undersized, John called it even and didn't charge for the extra square footage. Very pleasant to work with.

We have scheduled with this company as they were very quick to schedule an estimate for services required by our landlord before we move out (we have a big dog). I was impressed because their website has very good coupons, and the worker who came to do the estimate applied these without me having to bring it up.

A gentleman came out to give us an estimate and was very helpful with addressing our concerns and answering our questions. He scheduled both services (the duct work cleaning and the sectional cleaning) for the very next day. The gentleman who came to clean the duct work was very experienced and provided us with lots of information on the inner workings of our duct work, Later that day two more gentlemen came to clean the sofa. They were very quick and efficient.

The two men from Master Clean arrived on time and went right to work. They spent as much time as was needed to make our carpets look like new. Our main staircase was the biggest challenge, but it came really clean. They cleaned over 600 sq ft. of carpet in about an hour. They also gave us good advice about products to use and avoid when spills and stains do occur. We found them to be very helpful, friendly, and professional.

I contacted Master Clean about having my air ducts cleaned. Van arrived on time to give me a quote. After looking at my furnace he said that because of the way it was installed, they were not able to connect to it. He then went out of his way to give me the name of the equipment that was needed. From that I was able to find a company to clean the ducts. Because of his professionalism I started to talk to Van about my Mother's carpet. I said she had had a number of cleaners in and it never looked clean so I thought it was stained and could not be cleaned. He suggested I give them a try. So I did. Tom and Ryan showed up at my Mother's on time. They were also very professional. The did a great job on the carpet and got the stains out!! Everyday since then when I talk to my Mother she mentions how great the carpets look. I was going to have a different company clean my carpets but after this experience, I will call Master Clean.

Tom and Kori were wonderful. They were both an absolute pleasure to work with. They kept me informed and provided valuable tips. They were extremely polite. I felt very comfortable having them in my home, and they did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and furniture. They made suggestions for additional services, and I appreciate that. I didn't feel like there was any "selling" going on. I really felt like they were just offering good advice.

He whipped through the house really fast. The carpets looked good for a while but they went back to the way there were before. I'm just not sure if this is because my carpet it now 7 years old.

From the estimate to the completion of the work everyone was prompt, completed the work thoroughly and kept me informed at every step of the way. I would highly recommend using Master Clean again in the future to anyone needing their house cleaned!

The experience was fine and they always do a real good job. They were here when they were supposed to be and were polite. I was happy and I thought their price was reasonable.

80% of the carpets looked tremendously better. On the downside, we had some brown spots wicking on our berber carpets. Called masterclean and they came back out within two days to retreat, no questions asked. Unfortunately, the spots are still recurring. I chalked this up to the carpets being older and perhaps beyond improvement. Called masterclean for suggestions to spot treat the areas. Amazingly, they have arranged for one of their Vice President's to come out to address the spots. I'm cautiously hopeful they'll be able to remedy the situation. We are humbled by this kind of sincere commitment to customer service. I can honestly say, as a homeowner, I have never experienced such outstanding customer service in any industry. In an age where it seems everyone is looking to cut corners this kind of personalized attention is second to none. I will definitely use masterclean again and recommend them to anyone who'll listen!

This was the second time we used Masterclean (upon recommendation from a friend) and they did another great job! It amazes me how great our furniture looks when they are finished and I had forgotten how wonderful my floors could look. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they called the morning of our appointment as promised to give us the 2 hour window of time that someone would arrive. Charles arrived promptly, was very professional and discussed all pricing and options with me prior to performing the work, making sure to give me the best deal on the total work. He did a great job and was efficient with his time. We will certainly call on them again after our next round of wear and tear (with the help of our big dog, of course).

Overall I was impressed by the punctuality of Master Clean and the speed and which the carpet cleaning was done. I would recommend the company to anyone.
