The day after I called they were here to clean my carpets. Arrived on time and got right to work. Very professional.

AWESOME! Cassie was VERY responsive. We called them because the company my daughter had hired failed to return calls and did not come on time, then when they did finally show up, they were not prepared to work and left. Gave her the run around. She cancelled them and asked me to find a company. Master was my first call and Cassie was totally accommodating. offered to come the same day, but we scheduled for the next day due to our schedule. They were on time, professional, thorough and pleasant to work with. Price was reasonable and we will call again.

Work was well done and no time was wasted.

Grout was disrupted and not cleaned. Many areas worse than pre-cleaning. Sealed in stain and left permanent. Gouge left in wood floor. Nothing replaces when floor cleaned. Trash left in the cleaned bathroom. Dismissed by the salesperson. “Jimmy” the supervisor came by and said this is their typical work and older homes can’t be perfect “what do you expect”. They would not remedy. Extremely poor quality and even worse customer service.

It went well. We moved most of the furniture we wanted moved before they arrived. They arrived on time and it took about an hour to do the 12 areas and the 2 areas of carpet protector. They did clean a throw rug by the front door for us, which was not included in the 12 areas, as they finished up. We have used them for years and would use them again.

He told me that he didn't think their service would work on my couch because the odor was from inside the cushion. Rather than just doing the service that would provably be a waste of my money, her gave me the choice. I ended up having him clean another room instead.

I'd give them an "A" for everything. They were great. I've used them before and I'd use them again.

Great, total time, start to finish was about 35 minutes. Carpets look new and fresh! Nearly as good as they did when they were laid six years ago! Wish I could remember the tech's name who came out. Well, they were on time and courteous. They put blocks under the legs of furniture to protect it from getting moist.

They said they weren't necessarily going to get all my stains out. I have dogs. They warned me that, that might happen. I was just disappointed that they weren't able to do a better job with the dog stains.

I have used them usually once a year in October but we had a party with children and they had a real good time.

Overall good. Some spots weren't cleaned as well as I would have hoped.

My service provider was in time and extremely professional. He answered questions, and worked hard to provide excellent service in a timely manner.

The phone operator was professional. Services were not schedule because they wanted to charge $100 just to drive to Pataskala which is less than 4 miles from Columbus city limits. Columbus is a big place with lots of driving ... that doesn't make sense!
