It went well. They arrived a few minutes late because our house is difficult to find. Once here, they did their job so quickly and quietly we did not notice them being around. They were very courteous and professional in their conduct and job performance.

We contacted this company to clean out the duct work and dryer vent. They were unable to do the duct work because of the placement of our furnace. Had we had the duct work cleaned also, we would have received a discount for the dryer vent cleaning. The technician was very knowledge, pleasant and efficient. The job was completed to my satisfaction. I do believe the price was a bit much, but it was the price I agreed to. Might be inclined to look for another company if for no other reason than the price. If, however, all things were equal, i.e. price the same everywhere, I would use them again.

They were outstanding. The two young men showed up at the exact time promised and went straight to work. The carpet areas were extremely dirty from the new dog and the grandkids not taking shoes off, etc.. We actually selected these 5 areas to test a carpet cleaner and planned to do 5 others at a later date with another cleaner. We were so impressed with the job these people did we decided not to experiment and we will bring them back in a month to do 5 more. They were careful with the furniture, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were gone in about an hour. I can't think of anything else they could have done to improve upon this service.

They arrived punctually. Asked me to walk around and point out stains and extra dirty areas. They spot treated those and then cleaned the carpets. They put plastic squares under all the furniture legs to prevent water damage on the wood. They did a great job. Then they offered a stain protector which I had them put on the stairs and family room. I am very pleased with the results.

I was surprised to see only one employee arrive. I was a little worried that he would be unable to handle the whole job alone, but he moved all the furniture and cleaned all areas quickly. He even worked h****** a spot that I told him no one else could get out. He was prompt, professional, hard working and a pleasure to have in our home. I would use MasterClean again without hesitation,

Power steamed carpets. Was on time and professional. My only disappointment was when I presented the discount coupon from Angie's list publication, I was told they need sprint out from the web site along with the coupon.

Cleaned living room, dining L, hallway and master bedroom. Made 2nd call to try to get rid of spot in entrance and to clean up vomit stains where hall and master bedroom come together. Was unable to get out vomit stains on hall carpet.

My neighborhood had posted glowing reviews of Master Clean on our neighborhood website and when I needed my carpet and upholstery cleaned, I looked up Master Clean on Angie's List for further review. I have had a few different companies out in the past to clean, but no one worth calling back for a repeat service. That all changed today. I really appreciated the Angie's List coupon and discount...they're pricing definitely better than the other company my neighbors recommended. And I was very impressed at the thorough job and professionalism of Tom, who came out to do the job. Tom was fantastic - friendly, professional, and thorough. My carpets, sofa, and chair look and smell great. I will definitely call Master Clean for my next carpet/upholstery cleaning needs! Thanks bunches for the great service!

They were nice, friendly, and the cleaning was excellent.

Great. Ryan answered my questions about how hot the temperature of the water is when he steam cleans items and how long it will take for the carpets, rugs and upholstery to dry. He moved all items out of the way before steam cleaning the rugs and carpets. He was very patient and pleasant to work with.

They arrived on time, perform the job well. I will definitely call them again. Two thumbs up for these guys.

The technician gave us a 2 hour window for the service to be performed. The staff was prompt and friendly. They immediately started the job and finished in a timely manner. They had moved all of the movable furniture to a dry location and propped most of the wooden furniture on foam blocks. We were a little disappointed they didn't block all the wooden furniture, but I am sure they have a weight limit on what they will lift. The carpets looked great and all pet odors were gone.

They did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. They were helpful and they showed up when they said they were going to.

Damon and his co-worker were very punctual and courteous, professional and polite, hard working and did not miss an inch! They put their all into this job and I greatly appreciate it. They paid particular attention to the problem areas that I pointed out ? spending extra effort and time on them. They were moving so quickly that they had to wait a few minutes for my daughter to vacate the bedroom - very accommodating to our wishes. They even were watching their hoses coming from their van so that they did not crush my impatience on the sides of the walkway. I would definitely recommend them and ask for them again!
