The provider arrived early which was great. i have very well worn carpet with stains and the service technician did an excellent job cleaning and removing stains. The technician also moved some furniture for me --some of my carpets had not been cleaned in a long time. Very personable, courteous, and professional. The carpet dried nicely within 6 to 8 hours. I will definitely use this company again.

Fantastic. We've been using master clean for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Scheduling is super easy, I love the early morning weekend availability. Then its even better because they call the morning of and give you a 1 hour window....then they actually show up during that window! The teams are always professional and extremely nice. They are quick and efficient and very respectful of my home. They even made sure my pets were safely put away so no one could get in the way.

They were prompt and did a phenomenal job. They put plastic underneath the chair legs so there wasn't any damage to the carpet or chairs. I would have them back in a heartbeat. I have already recommended them to some other friends of mine. The price was reasonable and they did such a good job and I was so happy with the outcome. They were very courteous, personable and didn’t mess around and were in and out within an hour.

When scheduling I was given a time between 2 and 7:00PM. The day of the cleaning Master Clean called and gave me a window between 5-7:00, they showed up at 6:15PM. When the two men arrived they were obviously very tired and unhappy. They quickly walked through the downstairs area trying to figure out the furthest carpet area they would be cleaning. Neither one asked about any problem areas, spots needing cleaning just went out to the truck to quickly get this job done. They then proceeded to drag the hose through the house leaving leaves and water everywhere they were pulled, no worry about any woodwork that the hose was wrapped around or dragged against. They did not vacuum under any of the furniture that was moved just quickly cleaned what needed to be done and moved on leaving water everywhere (which was never cleaned up). When the job was completed (13 areas in 1 hour) they did not walk through the house and show me what was done, they told me they needed a check and then the man who had cleaned the carpets took a personal call while I was writing the check (could he not have waited one more minute until he was back in his truck?). Very unprofessional, will not be using them again! A week has gone by and most of the spots are back, very unfortunate.

They were wonderful. On time, fair price did an amazing job. Even taught us a few things to take care of our carpet. Would use them again.

Master Clean called the day of the appointment around 7:20AM, which was exactly what they had said they would do. They told us our cleaning window was between 8:30 and 9:30AM. The cleaner arrived around 9AM and he was very pleasant. We had originally only scheduled for 4 rooms to be cleaned, but added on our loft and stairs as well. He also looked in our dirty upstairs closet (we are just moving in), and said he would add on the cleaning of that for only $5. He also offered us the deodorizer at a discount, since we were having lots of rooms done. He was super efficient and was done in less than an hour! The carpets look so clean and are only a little damp. He also applied some kind of Teflon spray for free. All in all, we were very satisfied both with the results and the provider! We will definitely use them again.

Original scheduling window was from 1:00-3:00 P.M. Workers arrived at 1:30P.M. ( near the beginning of the timeframe) I did not have to wait for them. Dave and Devaughn introduced themselves and were extremely friendly and polite. They were very careful with my furniture and worked as a team rapidly and cleaned thoroughly. The carpaet in my family room is 16 years old and very light in color. I was considering having to replace it in the near future. Masterclean cleaned the carpet so well it has a new lease on life. It was well worth the cost of the cleaning. I may be able to get another 10 years out of the carpet. I would recommend Masterclean to anyone who needs carpet cleaning services and would most assuredly use them again.

I consulted Master Clean for the professional cleaning of three areas in my home, my living room, my office area and my master bedroom. The person performing the work was over an hour late but apparently he didn't know it as there is seemingly a "coordinator" that keeps in touch with the technicians performing the work on the phone and sends them where they need to go, without any planning. The "coordinator" contacted me twice indicating that the technician was running late and he still arrived after the latest "arrival" time indicated by the "coordinator" on the phone. Once the tech arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable, as I showed him my carpet areas, he also stated that they were able to do wood floors and we talked about that briefly. I stated that my wood floors were mostly "hand hewn" wood, over 100 years old and that their steam equipment probably wouldn't work. He stated that since there is a "gap" between my floor boards, it would be difficult to shoot the steam onto the floor without the concern of it going down to the subfloor, even though the floor is in excellent condition, it wouldn't be applicable to my particular situation, since the wood would also not be smooth like newer floors like the pergo. I thanked him and he proceeded to begin the cleaning. The service was done professionally, quickly and looked satisfactory afterwards. For some reason, the next day, the stains I had asked them to come out for primarily, didn't completely disappear as I had hoped. In am off white carpet, it was still very noticeable and that, unfortunately, didn't allow me to give the company an "A" rating on quality. Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend this company and I would used them again. The young man who was the technician represented the company very well, even though he was late. He deducted off my bill for that and stated that he didn't know he was so late since the "coordinator" tells them where to go on each assignment of the day. Apparently some jobs take longer due to whatever the situation might be when they get to the customer's home/office. Overall, I was very satisfied.

It went ok, but when they were finished it looked like bare wood. I wanted a gloss finish and that was my mistake not communicating it enough. They put the gloss finish on the floors and it looks great.

I have used many carpet cleaners in the past but they were the most professional and the results were the best I have had.

Great. In and out quickly and professionally

The carpet looks great and the service men were professional and courteous. The only problem was that they were supposed to come in the afternoon, instead I got a call in the morning saying they would show up earlier (between 10 & 12). By 2 o'clock I called to see where they were and was told they'd show up within the hour, they finally arrived at 4. Other than completely disrupting the day's plans for me I would use them again given the good price and job well done.

The team of 2 guys did a great job. Moved furniture as needed and placed my wooden furniture on protective foam to avoid wet carpet. Were fast and efficient but also did a great job on our carpets.

When I called to schedule I listed all the above items to be cleaned and asked the scheduler for an approximate cost. She said since it was 4 rooms and with Angie's list then it would be $99 plus tax. When they arrived to do the work I found out the $99 only applied to the rugs. Scotch guarding, sofa, 3 chairs, ottoman and drapes would all be additional costs. They did not move any bedroom furniture when cleaning as I was informed during the visit that bed frames not on wheels and with out attached headboards is a liability for them to move. They did not wipe up/clean up any over spray from the dining room drapes when the got the solution on the wood floors.
