Tech was on time and professional, had all four rooms cleaned in about 45 minutes. Did a nice job and the carpets looked great.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and they cancelled and rescheduled when requested again. Both scheduling staff and service staff are very professional. Brian was at my home in the time frame they provided me and he took care of all the soiled areas very well and a spot that had heavy stains he offered to schedule an appointment and replace it. That was done for $75 another day. I am very pleased with their service and professionalism. I would hire the again and would refer to anyone. Thanks Brian and Master clean!

They came right on time. The tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It turned out to be cheaper than they estimated. I will use them in the future if needed.

Made the appointment at 10am. Showed up at 1:30 for a 1-3 window. Did a good job.

They seem to do a great job with carpets, but not with grout. Some of the areas of the grout were still black. Now that there is sealant, I can't get back in to clean it. I plan to hire them again for carpet cleaning, but not for grout. They also left the hallway messy, which was frustrating. I had to get in there and clean the floor.

The gentleman arrived on time and was very professional. He did his job and offered to disinfect or Scotchguard. We chose disinfection as we were moving into the house the next day. We are very pleased with the service and will use them again. We also had Master Clean steam clean our house we recently sold back in mid November. Was not an Angies List member then but wanted to give a shout out to that gentleman as well. Very satisfied.

Punctual, professional and the carpets came out great. We are very pleased.

They are very consistent. Every time I use them, they go the extra distance to lift up all the furniture where possible and make sure they clean the carpet. They are easy to work with and their cleaning is very good.

I've used Master Clean several times. Each time, they were punctual and professional, and did a great job. I especially like the fact that they're not always trying to upsell you services you don't need.

We have had them for several years; they are the only ones that we call. I know that the teams go around the city. They had a deal that covered five areas. Everything is good, that is why we call them out every year. He is excellent and their arrival times are good. The service is good and they spend extra time spot cleaning. They are excellent and the guys are always nice.

The carpets are clean. But the service was a problem. I got a call early in the morning that they would be out sometime 3 to 6 pm. I am very busy on Saturdays, so I started to plan my day around that. Then I got a call at about 11:30 asking if they could come over right then and do it. So, I rearranged my day. When he came I was in the middle of making lunch for my own kids and eating my own. He sat himself down at my place at my table, moved my lunch to the side, and started to do some refiguring of the total cost! Very rude! He could have stood at the kitchen island about 3 feet away! During the cleaning, he didn't move the couches or chairs like I remember Master Clean doing when I used them before. The worst thing was that he never put any of the plastic sheets under my wooden furniture to protect the carpet from stains and disperse the pressure. On his way out he actually handed me a pad of the clear plastic protectors, stuck together with glue on one edge, and told me to do it myself or I might get varnish stains on the carpet! Never again.

Furnace Duct Cleaning. Careful and professional. The system had been cleaned at least twice before so it was surprising how much debris had been left behind by the prior crews. Technician even patched the prior access port that was not fully re-sealed. The A-Coils were cleaned and the air is notably warmer coming from the vents. Very pleased with service and the pricing.

I think it went well. They did a great job in about an hour. They explained how long it would take to dry and what I could do to speed up the process. I will use them again.

Did not apprecite the intital contact - the scheduler said they could be out after 1 and then changed the time to 4-6 at the last minute. Told me tough luck and I had to rearrange my very busy schedule. Not the way a customer should be treated. Cleaning did not leave "fresh" smell. Carpet was soaked and wet for many hours after. I will not use this company again!!

They did a good job, however I was not satisfied with one room and they sent someone back out to re-do the whole room.

From the time that Jimmy came and gave me an estimate until the time that Van came and did the cleaning and polishing the whole process took about 12 days due to their schedule and workload. Both Jimmy and Van were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They both arrived within the time frame that they said they would be here. Van did a great job and he completed the whole job of cleaning the carpet, cleaning, waxing and polishing the hardwood floor in about two hours. He did a great job of keeping everything very neat and tidy and when he was done both the carpet and the hardwood floor look great. I had an Angie's list coupon for floor refinishing and even though that was not a service performed, they honored the coupon and gave me 10% off the hardwood floor polishing service. I am very pleased with the service they provided from start to finish. They did the work for the estimate that was initially provided and there were no hidden costs or trying to add anything on. When the work was being performed they kept everything very neat and cleaned up everything as they went. I will definitely use this company again in the future should the need arise and I will recommend them to my friends and family

Bryan Hodge came to our home to clean all of our carpets - 7 rooms. In all the years of having different companies come to steam clean, Bryan by FAR was one of BEST!! There were spilled coffee stains on a cream carpet, which he worked to remove successfully. We also had a candle tip over that left wax on the carpet which he also took time to remove successfully. All of our furniture was protected after he finished each room with blocks or plastic. I can not express how wonderful it was to have him come and do such a thorough job. I will tell my friends to request him!!!!!!! We will definitely want Bryan to come in the future. P.S. He returned all furniture to original positions!!!!! WOW

The provider arrived early which was great. i have very well worn carpet with stains and the service technician did an excellent job cleaning and removing stains. The technician also moved some furniture for me --some of my carpets had not been cleaned in a long time. Very personable, courteous, and professional. The carpet dried nicely within 6 to 8 hours. I will definitely use this company again.
