My carpets are really old. They are clean, but it didn't look like it was cleaned like the other company I used. I paid $99 for three rooms. I had just had one guy come out to clean the carpet. He was really professional. I didn't have any problem with him. His services were fine. He was good. I have a cat. The price was good because of the coupon. His punctuality was good. I would consider using them.

It was a great service. They were very polite. Most of the time they give you a window on when they are going to be there and you have to wait. He was there 10 minutes before they said they are going to be there. I waited out in the car until the window arrived. He was in and out. He was professional.

They did a good job and worked well. We’ve used them two or three times.

As always they did a fabulous job. They were on time. The tech was very thorough and paid attention to the job at hand. My furniture and carpet looked like new. I have beige carpet and that sometimes can be a challenge but they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

The service was great. I scheduled online for an estimate to ensure that they were able to complete the job since other providers had not been able to. The day of the service, they arrived on time and got right to work. It was a big job, but I felt they worked quickly and efficiently. The price was right in line with other prices I had gotten for a home with two units, but they were the only one that was able to actually do the job of the several providers I contacted.

On time, professional, no surprises, for a reasonable price.

Excellent service. I was able to make a Saturday appointment which works best for my schedule. The only mix up was that whomever took the order recorded my neighbor's address instead of mine, but that was quickly resolved when Master Clean called to get the right address and we looked out the window and saw the van at our neighbor's. Tom was the person assigned to the job and he was quite professional and conscientious. The reclining chair had a lot of small stains that I had previously and unsuccessfully tried to remove with spot cleaners. Tom was able to remove them. He asked me to check his work to make sure I was satisfied. He went back over one area that was particularly dirty and advised on on how long to wait for the chairs to dry. The chairs now look refreshed and clean and I couldn't be happier. The price seemed very reasonable. Tom even ran his cleaner over one level of my cat's climbing condo where I hadn't been able to get out all of an old kitty puke stain. Now, even the cat is happy. Two thumbs and four paws up!

Employees were very professional. Service was provided quickly and carpets looked and smelled great when they were done. Very happy with experience!

Cleaned carpets. Did an outstanding job. Arrived promptly; offered but did not push advise. Worked quickly and efficiently. Have recommended to family and friends.

Master Clean called us to give us a window of time when they would be here and then, they called to let us know they were running just a little behind. I thought they handled everything very professionally. The gentleman that came and cleaned the carpet was great. He took extra care to make sure the hardwood floor didn't get scratched bringing in the equipment and put cloth rags around the posts of the stairways so they would not get scratched from the equipment either. He took pride in his job well done and was very personable. We have used this company at least once before and will continue to use them for all our carpet cleaning needs.

I've used these guys before. They're always very professional and very good at taking care of stains and problem areas. Good service for a good price. Will definitely use them again.

I've used a couple and these guys are the best. They get the areas very clean. Their work is so good that it's noticeable. They're very nice and easy to work with.

Service was prompt. They showed up on time and were easy to reach via phone. So many companies don't even have a decent way to answer the phone, but this shop was professional and easy to get a live person. The service is good and thorough, and the staff onsite was courteous and knowledgable. Be sure to have them inspect carpet if you re trying to remove an odor, as not to spray and clean...but find out the smell is coming from the pad or sub-floor. Overall the service cleaned the carpets and left them feeling / looking very fresh.

I chose Master Clean because of their wonderful reviews here on Angie's List and I have to say that Charles J and Rob S did a fabulous job of cleaning my carpets! There were some badly stained areas and these guy's got rid of them all.I intend to use Master Clean going forward.A special thank you to Charles and Rob for finding a piece of jewelry in one of the bedrooms! Your honesty is much appreciated!

They did a great job. On time, very quick job. Looks great.

Did a wonderful job cleaning the air ducts in my house. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He showed and explained some of the equipment that would be used. He even brought in a camera for me to see a before and after shot of the duct work he cleaned. Anything found in the ducts that the equipment would not pick up, he was able to retrieve by hand and threw away. He even cleaned the grates covering the vents and the area around the grates. Would definitely call again.

Dusty and his helper completed all of the work in four days. They were courteous and careful, and they willingly volunteered such extra services as hauling away the old carpet and carrying an old sofa out to the curb for trash pickup. They did a thorough cleanup job after sanding the floor.They gave me good advice on how to air out the house and how long to let the paint dry.

I was very impressed with the work performed by the second technician. He went through our garage so he would not make a mess on the wood floor in the entry way. He used the padding on the walls so the hose would not mark my walls. He advised the use of distilled white vinegar and water in equal parts to clean the floor so the sealant would last longer. The grout looked so much cleaner the second time it was done. It pays to write reviews. Master Clean acted with integrity and professionalism in responding to my concerns raised after the first trip to clean the grout in November. We will have them back in April to clean our carpets. We had them clean our carpets in our old place in May 2013 and they did a fabulous job!!!

This is the second time we have used Master Clean. They did a great with cleaning our carpets in the fall and we asked them back out for spring carpet cleaning. Scheduling was easy, they called to confirm the morning of the scheduled service, and showed up right on time. When the technician arrived he was professional. He was flexible when I told him that I wanted to get an additional area cleaned. Best of all he was able to remove two stains in our great room that I wasn't able to get out despite a lot of effort!
