The experience with them was very good.

The cleaner arrived within the designated window. He worked very quickly but thoroughly. He asked if I wanted him to move the furniture which I did. He moved all he was able to lift and put protective blocks and plastic sheets under the furniture. The entire process took less than an hour. He was able to honor a coupon which didn't exactly fit the services I needed.

The only good part of this service was the price...and you get what you pay for! I used the coupon that provides 4 areas for $99. They were in and our of my home so quickly that you could never do a professional job in that short amount of time. When I asked the gentleman if they did anything to treat high traffic areas or stains, he said they did nothing. I have never had anyone clean my carpets that didn't pay special attention to areas that needed it most. Needless to say, my carpets still look dirty and I will need to have another provider come out and clean them.

Tom R. cleaned my carpets today and was great! Very nice and didn't try to twist my arm with any upsells. He offered, but didn't push. Great about moving furniture, wearing booties and putting protectors up around wood cabinetry so that the tubing did not scrape the wood trim.

I called them on Tuesday and asked if they could clean this week since we would close the following Tuesday and I wanted carpets to be dry. I told him house was empty..He said absolutely and scheduled me for Friday afternoon. They would call early Friday with an arrival window. The guy called about 7:30 Friday am and said the window was 3:30-5:30pm..I told him that might be late as the sun goes down and we do not have lights in several rooms. He said it would not be an issue as an empty house should only take 1.5 hours (??). We were at the house at 3:30 ready. Got a call at 4:45 saying the cleaner was on his way and about 20 minutes away. He arrived at 5:25 appologizing for being so late. It was already dark outside. I told him there were no lights inside and he said he had not been told that- he got right to work and finished the house in one hour. Of course he could not take the time to really suck out excess water and by this am the carpets were still very wet. He also could not really see what he was doing so the job is only good. I do not blame the cleaner at all, he was not given the information. I do blame the scheduler as I told him. I would not use them again.

Some stains reappeared after carpet dried. Master Cleaned called with follow up and ended up dispatching tech to redo the area. Good customer service and carpet looks better.

Everything went well, my wife and I are very happy with the service. We highly recommend them!

Excellent! Very friendly service. Tom did a great job of explaining his work and offering really helpful advice on how to keep our carpets clean between visits.

Staff were courteous and professional but the end result left me quite dissatisfied. Once carpet dried, high traffic areas and pet stained areas looked just as bad, or in two cases, worse than before cleaning. Have never had this problem with my regular carpet cleaning service.

It went great. We had been dog sitting for two weeks and both dogs became ill with diarea in all three rooms. Master Clean got the carpets like new. They also steam cleaned our couch and it smells much better now.

Charles J and Evan B. arrived on time and were very professional and polite. They introduced themselves and checked the areas to be cleaned. They offered rug protection and deodorizing but were not at all pushy. I was unaware of the area rug cleaning service so I added those to my service. They were knowledgeable about their jobs and answered all my questions. They completed their work in a timely fashion and cleaned up quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use this company again and the two techs were exceptional.

This company was extremely professional and courteous from the moment they answered their phone. My toddler had had the stomach flu and we needed this one room "decontaminated" immediately! They were able to come out the very next day and their timing was perfect. Tom Rinehart was the technician and he was thorough and helpful and patient with all of our questions. He went above and beyond what we expected. We will absolutely be calling this company only for carpet/upholstery in the future and we will request Mr. Rinehart too!

We have used MasterClean for well over 10 years now, and they are always prompt, courteous, professional, and do an excellent job for us! I definitely recommend them.

Their service was fantastic; technicians arrived as scheduled and worked diligently to complete the job. They were friendly and did excellent work. Everything was restored just as it was before the water leak. We could have never done it without these guys - they did excellent work!!

The cost was four areas for $99, but I have more than four areas and they also did the scotch guard so that was extra. I have a granddaughter that lives with me and she had her friends here and they spilled Redbull on the carpet. I was not home. I was out of town. I got Master Clean and they came. It has set for probably ten days because I was gone for two weeks. They looked on it and they got it all out. The cost is comparable to everyone else. I had no problems with them.

Jonn Taylor did a very good job on my carpets. He arrived exactly on time and was friendly and professional. I will call Master when I need carpets cleaned, again.

Everything was great! The guys that came were very courteous and professional. They were here and gone with a thorough job done in less than an hour. They carefully moved my furniture and made sure all items were properly placed on blocks. They get an A+++!

They did a great job. It had been quite a while since I'd had my carpets cleaned and I was afraid they might not be able to get all the dirt out. There was no need to worry. The carpets look great. The technicians were pleasant and on time.

This was the first time we used Master Clean so was expecting the same sopping wet carpets and mess that I've experienced after cleanings with other companies..was pleasantly surprised that everything went so smoothly and with no fuss. Zach S. and Will did our cleaning, and they were prompt, professional, and personable. To top it off the carpets came out great! I'll definitely be using them again.
