Description of Work: I've always used master clean and willl again. Tried John Downey and carpet stayed wet and now I have to call Master Clean again to clean up their mess. Use Master Clean and don't try to shop around and get burned like we did.

Description of Work: I had this company out a few weeks ago because one of my Golden Retrievers was not feeling well and had a BM problem on the carpet. They cleaned it and it looked great.
