Description of Work: This company is fantastic! I had them clean my carpet in two different condos that I previously owned and the technician did a superb job. Very thorough, efficient, clean, polite and very reasonably priced!! Obviously, I liked the job they did they first time, since I had them come back twice to the second condo I used to own. I pass their name and contact info along to all family and friends looking to have their carpets cleaned. I'm glad to be able to share my experiences on here where many will read the good things I have to say about them.

Description of Work: Very impressed with Master Clean. Damian came out promptly and was in and out before I knew it. We just bought the home and the carpets were old and stained but they look 100 times better now. Damian was also very polite and professional.

Description of Work: After viewing ratings on Angie's List I called Master Clean to get a quote on upholster cleaning for a sofa, love seat, two chairs and a small area of carpeting which included the stairway and upstairs hallway. The quote was reasonable and we scheduled service for Wednesday of the same week. They called early that morning and gave me a time frame when the techs would arrive. They called again when they were on the way and arrived 10 minutes early. The techs were polite and professional and work was completed in a reasonable time. I also ask if they cleaned draperies and they did that as well for a reasonable charge. There was a stain on the carpet in front of the love seat. We did not have that carpet cleaned but the tech used the machine to get the stain out at no charge. I paid the tech at the agreed price. When I checked out the work on the sofa I noticed there were a couple areas that I didn't consider clean. I called their office and Jim offered to have someone out the next day. Brian came as schedule and he did all the cushions even though I considered most already acceptable.. He just lef and in short I am completely satisfied. In my opinion Master Clean is all about customer service and will do what they need to to keep customers happy. I will certainly use them again with no hesitation.

Description of Work: I have been a master Clean customer for over ten years. They are reasonably priced, have always sent out great guys to do the work,, and they have been most helpful in working around fragile items in the home. They came out and did a thorough clean for us before my daughter's wedding, and the whole house sparkled. We tried Stanley Steemer a few times, but came back to Master Clean because I felt like we got what we paid for and more. With SS, I felt like I was paying way too much for mediocre service.

Description of Work: Cleaned 4 areas and deodorized 2 in our home. The technicians were prompt, they got right to work, and thy answered any questions I had. The carpet looks and smells great! We will definitely hire Master Clean again in the future!

Description of Work: They did an amazing job. They gave a two hour window so you were not waiting around all day. They even have us cleaning tips. And they were reasonably priced.

Description of Work: They were quick, efficient and we had a stain that they told me from the beginning might not come out. However the technician gave me a tip to try in my own and it worked really well. The only criticism which is partly my fault is that he asked if I wanted the pet deodorizer added and on I said sure. This ended up being $40. Had I known that I probably wouldn't have done it. Again partially my fault because I didn't ask. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I have used Master Clean before. This is the first time i went through Angies list because ( Local Deal & Buy Now) :). I have nothing but good things to do say about the two young men who came out and cleaned my carpet and steps. they came at the time they said they would be there. I had several questions about spots in the carpet and he answered them in a professional and easy to understand manner. They worked together as a team. My husband had moved several items out of the way as a way of helping. ( he put the items in the yard not the basement not the garage) the yard. One of the young men helped us (my husband and i) bring the items back in the house while the other young man continued to work. I went into the basement while they continued to work. Once completed one of the young men called me up stairs to check the carpet and ensure that every things were to my standards and to see if i had any more questions or concerns. Everything was fine.

Description of Work: The lady that scheduled my appointment gave me an accurate quote & an appointment that was convenient. Eric, the guy who came to the house, was fantastic. He even cleaned a few extra spots that I hadn't planned on because they happen to be favorites of my dog. He cleaned two old Craig's list chairs and made them look great. These places all have more-or-less the same prices, so it's service that makes a difference. Master clean's service was great.

Description of Work: They called ahead with an estimate of 9:30-11:30, and showed up exactly at 11:30. They walked the house and gave pointers where we had issues. They did a really top notch job and we're kind to our 20 month old and little dog. The guys from MasterClean were awesome. We will never use anyone else!!!

Description of Work: We had Master Clean steam clean our master bedroom carpet, as well as an area rug in our living room. They also cleaned the grout on our tile in the kitchen and entryway. Excellent job at a reasonable price, workers were professional and respectful in our house. Scheduler was timely and responsive. I will definitely be using Master Clean again.
