Description of Work: Cleaned 2 rooms and 2 staircases. The men were nice and professional. My complaint is that the carpet was soaking wet when they left and both rooms were quite wet for 4 days...much longer than the 24 hours I was told. Paid extra for pet odor removal which did not seem to do anything. Also, the tile floors next to the carpet had many puddles left behind.
