Description of Work: They cleaned 3 bedrooms, hallway, family room & living room. They were earlier than expected, which was totally fine. They called to see if it was okay to come earlier. Description of Work: They cleaned and scotch guarded carpets in 5 rooms and cleaned a large recliner. John and Tom did an excellent job; they removed all spots from the carpets and chair. Everything looked great and they were very careful to protect all of our furniture and cabinets. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning was very good. However, cleaning the dinning room chairs was poor. Of the 5 chairs with some kind of small soiled spots, none were even partially removed or improved. I now must call another cleaning company to address the chairs.

Description of Work: Master Clean cleaned all air ducts in our home. The service rep provided a camera that enabled us to see before and after pics of the work being done. A definite difference could be observed. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner and the serviceman was very professional and friendly.

Description of Work: Cleaned all carpets on first floor of house and sectional sofa. Price for sectional was more than expected - they quoted price per linear foot, but then measured from front at one end, to back, across back, and then to front at other end, which added about 6 feet. Some sections of sectional were not cleaned well on first visit, but they promptly returned and corrected.
