They arrived right on time and the team of four worked without break for over three hours. They did a great job. The house really looked great whe the were done. They completely disassembled all the shelving and drawers when cleaning the refrigerator. It looked like new when they were done. While the weren't cheap, the job they did was worth every penny.

Team showed up on time and called before about 15 minutes before arriving. They steamed the furniture and sanitized from pet stains. They did a really good job. I would recommend.

The cleaners were prompt and very courteous. Very professional.

They called to confirm when they said the would, arrived on time, determined the areas to clean and went ahead and did the job. They were professional in the way they handled things and left everything in order.

I was not happy with it at all. Only one worker came out to do the carpet cleaning. The carpet didn’t look much cleaner. I had him go back over in area with a stain and he did but he was not happy about going back over. It didn’t look better even after that. The floors were left quite wet. The price was pretty standard.

They representative was great and informative. He was quick and thorough. Not all stains were able to be removed but that was understandable considering some of them.

Had to ask him to move a couple of pieces of light furniture he was cleaning around. He did so and it went okay. Some stains remain but since we aren't sure what they are we cannot complain.

Very punctual, very professional

They do a fine job. I wouldn't say it is over the top the best carpet cleaning I've ever seen, but they are reliable, punctual and affordable and since we get our carpets cleaned fairly frequently due to our lovely child this is exactly what we are looking for. Would continue using them in the future.

Master clean is a great company. We have been using them for years and they are always very polite and professional.

The young man who came was friendly. We had used the company before for carpet cleaning, which was outstanding, and assumed the same would be true for this job. He unfortunately did not have the same attention to detail that the carpet cleaning crew had. I had to point out spots he was missing on the tile as he cleaned it, especially around the appliances (which I helped move). The appliances were brand new - in the home only 2 or 3 days when he came. I noticed when he left that the bottoms were splashed with the product, which in some place would not come off, despite all my efforts. I am fairly certain it was the sealer which was very glue-like but would not come off no matter what I tried. So, the tile cleaning job I would call average, it certainly looked better than it did before he cleaned it. That portion of the job I would say was worth the money I paid - $275.00. I also paid to have the grout sealed - an additional $137.50. I have done this before myself, and it is a very tedious and time consuming, albeit necessary part of the process. I decided to pay to have it done, because of this. Well, I was very surprised to see that the technician's approach to sealing was to pour out puddles of the sealant on the floor and slosh it - not very carefully - around, covering the entire floor, not just the grout, using a rag mop which is not a very precise application by any stretch of the imagination. This I am sure is what was splashed on the new stainless steel appliances. I was too shocked to say much, and what was done, was done. I could not believe I was paying $137.50 for this. Had I known that was all he would do, I would not have contracted to do it. I was expecting sealing, not spreading. And with the rag mop, there were areas and corners I noticed later that had been missed. I should have called the company, but knew at that point I would just be responding in anger and I didn't want to do that. This was such a departure from the quality and care I received from the carpet cleaning, that I couldn't believe it was the same company. I would not recommend them for tile and grout cleaning/sealing.

This was by far the best carpet cleaning experience I have had. Our carpet was older and had a lot of traffic dirt. The guys who came Ryan and Jeremy -made a very concerted effort to really get it clean and make it look nice. They succeeded in doing that and we were extremely pleased with the result. We were so pleased, we requested them to come for the other half of the house, and they did an equally good job. (It probably helped that the rooms they were cleaning were completely empty, so I can't say how it would have been moving furniture, but I assume just as good). The person scheduling was easy to work with, despite some rescheduling on my part, and the team was conscientious and did a great job. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning.

Went well, just was hoping for more time to spent along baseboards and in corners. I had to go back over those after they left.
