+ 5 moreIt could not have gone better. They came in to a foreclosed house, and within two weeks had transformed it into one of the nicest houses on the street. We are an absentee owner living in Florida and were a little nervous. However, this company did the job right, fast and for an excellent price. This is my third time using them, and I will never use anyone else for construction work. Honest, hard working group.
Description of Work: Excavated the ground, Tore out and Replaced defective basement wall, replaced footer drains, corrected basement drainage problem, tore out finished walls in lower level, rebuilt walls, drywall, interior trim, repainted, replumbed, new electrical fixtures, new flooring, redid landscaping, repaired roof, repalced cabinet hardware and repainted cabinets, in general made everything in this run down house in tip top shape.

Description of Work: I contacted the company via the Internet concerning a deck with a sunken footer that needed to be replaced. Esteban responded in very short order, provided an estimate and arranged for the work to be completed. He came to our home and replaced the original too shallow footer with one of the proper depth.
