Description of Work: I called to have them close my pool. They responded quickly to the original call and I asked to schedule the closing. The owner asked that I call a week before I wanted it closed. I then called a week before I wanted it closed and didn't hear back for 3 weeks. By then I already had it closed.

Description of Work: I spoke with Kash Marzetti several times on the phone in regards to an issue I was having with my above ground pool. No other local company would bother to even call me back, much less step up and help me the way Kash did. He walked me through how to install a liner step-by-step over the phone and told me if I ran in to any issue or needed his help, to give him a call and he would either guide me over the phone or stop by and help me out in person. This was all free advice that helped save me a ton of money and headaches galore. All he asked for in return was a great review on here. This is a perfect example of a stand-up person and a company that had the utmost integrity, and you just don't meet too many people like that in this world anymore!
