They also opened my pool and came out several times for help. They are good but a little pricey. But the work was done well.

Everything went extremely well. No other pool repair company would even touch our job, and Marzetti Pools did a fabulous job!! It looks like we have a brand new pool, and with all they did, we basically have a new pool. We would HIGHLY recommend this comapny!!!

Marzetti Pools took the time to do the job properly, correcting the dreadful job done to our pool by the company we used before. Steel pools built in the 1960's require specific attention that we feel has been given. We were pleased with the Marzetti Pool company's desire to give us the best possible service. The employees who came to do the work were pleasant hard working people and we enjoyed having them with us. Hard job well-done, Thanks, Kash!

It went great we spoke with the owner Kash Marzetti. He was very help up front and honest we paid him half down and the rest upon completion. He did everything he said they would do and even more. When they had there bobcat on the job they did some Exeter and did not charge me for it. They were on time and competed the job one day early. Cents then I have referred Marzetti Pools to my neighbor and I know that they did a great job for them as well.

I called 3 different pool companies and explained to them my vinyl liner was leaking horribly there was only a few feet of water left in the pool and the pool wall looked like it was bowing in . All 3 companies referred me to kash marzetti with marzetti pools. I called kash he came out the next day he was very knowladgable and was able to show me the problems I was having and explain it to me in terms I could understand. He braced the walls the same day to prevent any further damage. Gave me a estimate the next day and samples once I gave him a deposit he had a crew out the next day they drained the pool measured for a new liner tore out the vinyl liner and concrete re vermiculited my pool floor in the same day. Day 2 they ran all new plumbing and put in a new light and formed up for concrete deck. Day 3 they showed up at 6am with about 8 guys and poured 15 yards of stamp and color concrete they were there until 8pm. Day 4 the vinyl liner was installed it looked so amazing and the pool was being filled with a water truck. Day 5 his electrician showed up wired up new pump and heat pump wwhile the rest of the system was installed. Day 6 they sealed the concrete. On the last day kash showed up showed me how to work my system and went over everything that was done to make sure I was happy and he had the entire job site cleaned up the dumpster hauled away . Everything was so beautiful you could swear it was a brand new pool . I can't thank kash enough for his honesty and professionalism. Overall they were awesome , quick , polite , and affordable I would refer him anytime thx again kash I still hv a smile on my face .

I called again and the voice mail for this company was full, they cannot accept voice mail messages and I called again, they answered and they gave me another appointment, they said it's wrong timing and stuff like that and they didn't come, they didn't call, they didn't reschedule. So I called again, voice mail send again so I called the third time and they said for sure they're coming and they didn't come for the third time. So I called them and told them sorry, I left a voice message but this time they don't need to come, I will hire somebody else. I know that they can give me an appointment but if they didn't show up, they should call if anything happen but they didn't ever called me back here, and I had to wait for them at home. I will not hire them again, I will not call them again, I'm not going with their appointment, they didn't do their job. They should not do this to people like schedule appointments and not show up and not call or something. I know they're busy and it's a busy season but when they give an appointment, they should do it or they should call if they would be late, and not them to wait for me to call back. No apology, no reschedule, no calling back, nothing and that's very bad for me. They shouldn't have given me an appointment if they can't do that job. I will find somebody to open that pool and I was late in opening my pool 3 weeks because of them.

Called and spoke with owner of this pool/hot tub service on providing repair work to our existing hot tub. He did call back and took down the information on the needed repairs, but never heard from him again. I even called back a second time but he ignored the call back. Would not use them for any service work for any pool/hot tube issue - if he can't perform a simple call back, can you imagine how he will perform on the repair or installation of your pool or hot tub?

We have had an above-ground hot tub for 12 years, and have had to replace the heater every few years since we owned it. Normally it is around $300-$400 to do this, so we've been quite frustrated. It broke again last winter, so I started calling Angie's List service people to get estimates. I described the situation in detail to several of them, and got estimates, and then left a message with Marzetti Pools for an estimate as well. He called me back to tell me that he didn't work on above-ground hot tubs, but then went on to discuss the problem with me for the next 20 minutes. He explained how that particular hot tub had a notoriously bad heater, and that the factory had redesigned and issued a replacement several years ago. He told me how to find the replacement as inexpensively as possible, and described the installation process clearly enough that I felt confident to do it myself. I researched what he'd said on the internet and found it to be the case. I followed his advice and ended-up replacing the broken heater with the higher-quality new model for only $120. If it weren't for the time he took to help me out, I'd have spent another $300-$400, and gotten the same old defective model installed only to see it break in another year or two. He didn't expect a penny for his efforts, and made a tremendous difference. That's pretty darn awesome.

I I needed new parts for my de filteralthough it took a month for me to find that out thru another company I had worked for weeks trying to get my pool water clear after the other pool company had opened the pool and could not get the pool cleaned out. They did not check the filter at first so after putting in a lot of chemicals and several visits by them trying to clean, it was discovered that the filter required expensive cartridges. The cost they quoted me was as much or more as a new filer and they had no other suggestions and did not follow up and my pool was still filthy. I found Marzetti Pools on Angies List and that was when my nightmare experience began to end. Kash Marzetti is a marvel! He knew right away what I needed and recommended that I should buy a new sand filter instead of the de filter I had which required de powder and much more care than I was prepared to do. He had me drain the pool and he had it power washed and debris, which had collected cleaned out. Then he installed a new sand filter. He either did the work himself or personally oversaw every detail. He took on the care of my pool as if it was his own. He takes real pride in his work and it is a pleasure to work with a real professional. I have had 4 pool companies over the 7 years I have had my pool and he is the Best! He followed up daily making sure all was working well and was patient with my questions when I called. He also has the ability to have other work completed for me with concrete, paver bricks etc. I have never spoken with anyone with the vast amount of knowledge about pools that this man has. My days of Pool Co. shopping are over.

I recently moved into a new house, not knowing the pool and spa were both destroyed. I received two estimates from two other companies, one wanted to install fiberglass walls and concrete floors for both pool and spa, the other wanted to install a new pool and stand alone spa. Both companies estimated their work between 38000$ and 46000$. I hired one of the companies they destroyed my yard, left didn't show up for weeks at a time, even i could tell it was shotty workmanship, leaving trash on the job, smoking breaks constantly, I didn't feel safe with the type of employees on the job. A friend of mine referred Marzetti Pools and i was so distraught when I called i was crying and Mr. Marzetti had his crew out on the job that Saturday and Sunday.

Contacted Marzetti Pools, they came and gave me an estimate and were very honest and very knowledgeable. I signed a contract and about a month later the work began. Everything went as planned and they did not start another job until mine was finished. After work was complete they cleaned up and everything looked great.

These guys are wonderful I hade 3 pool company?s come out and look at my pool and deck one referred me to Marzetti pools #2 said it was way over his head #3 wanted to charge me 56,000$ to build me a new pool he said it could not be fixed. I call Kash Marzetti he looked and just laughed he told me all about the pool and the builder, when the pool was built. Why I had a problem and how he planed to fix it. Now I want to tell you I had him do the work in 2009 my pool and deck looks new I spent 21,000$ this guy is a fabulous. Don?t waste your time with someone that worked for a pool company for one summer and now thinks he can start his own. You will end up spending more money in the long run!

They knew the original builder of the pool and knew how to approach the repair appropriately. I learned so much about my pool which will help me forever. I appreciated Kash's knowledge of the industry, the builder of my pool and the talented subconractors he hired were great. I'm so thankful that I was referred to Kash and his team and will continue to use him to service my pool in the future.

Excellent, though sometimes slow, process (due to weather delays...)

It went very well. He was recommend by four people in Columbus. No other company would touch it. He has years of experience even though he's young. He's not cheap but the work is top notch.

I knew I had a leak, but my previous pool company didn't have the skills to make the repair properly, and shut down a return line rather than attempt the repair. Kash Marzetti was totally confident he could make the necessary repairs and in my estimation I have a new pool. I was considering removing the entire pool, but that isn't cheap, either. I highly recommend calling Marzetti Pools for any pool or concrete work. He has checked back with me several times to make sure the pool is functioning properly, and I will use his company for opening my pool in the spring and closing it in the fall. My old company is history.

We had our normal pool company come out to give us a quote to get our pool back into full working order. They came out, identified a few of the items that were wrong, and provided us a quote in the $20k - $25k range. I then called three commercial pool companies in town and each one said that, considering I had an old concrete pool, that the only guy they would recommend was Kash Marzetti. When Kash came out, he spent 2 hours walking around the pool and put together a complete plan to rebuild my pool - sand blast, full wall repair, Diamond Brite, all new plumbing, new sand filter, new heater, new lights, etc. And he provided three references, which I called and all said that they loved working with Kash and that he did a wonderful job. We agree. He was awesome - the work took about a month to do - there was a lot to do - but he kept the project going. When the project was done, he would stop by our home to check that the pool was fine and that we were happy. And a couple of other things that, in our minds, make Kash the right choice. He's a good guy. We did not know him prior to our project, but he is an incredibly respectful and honest guy. When he says he'll be there - you can count on it. The price he quoted was exactly what we paid - and he did more than we expected. We are very happy and we love our new, water tight, pool.

I called Kash Marzetti to remove snow from a driveway of an empty house -- he arrived WITHIN 45 MINUTES of my call and had cleared the driveway -- with care to not damage the paverstones. In addition, he noticed that the driveway gate was in need of repair. Spent his own time and expertise to help make the driveway gate passable (if not completely repaired), at no expense to me. Friendly, courteous, responsive, helpful. Will definitely use again for snow removal, and recommend to others.
