She is wonderful, dependable, honest, and cleans better than anyone I know. She cleans better than me and I am pretty clean. I recommend her highly.

A team of two individuals was sent to our home to clean every two weeks in 2009 and 2010. The housecleaning job was very good. It was hard to communicate as most of the individuals spoke only broken english, if any english. We had no issues with them showing up until December and then they did not show up for their scheduled cleaning in mid-Dec 2010. I called the number given to me for Maria Silva and got a recording that indicated I had reached the correct party. However, I received no response back for a week and left several messages requesting a return phone call. I eventually received a call after a week and the excuse was that they had confusion over the dates. By then we had found another housekeeping service. It was unfortunate since their cleaning service until then was very good.
Description of Work: Maintenance home cleaning every two weeks.

Absolutely wonderful !!! Maria Silva is the finest housecleaner I have ever employed. Extremely meticulous, meets the very highest standards. Does little extras that other cleaning companies never do. Great work ethic and very pleasant.
